   My son went for a haircut blade 3 at the sides trendy cut with a line in ( had this hairstyle for years and they have completely messed it up ! Shaving his forehead into square and no blending whatsoever, tbh it’s more like a funny Mohican. Will have to go to another barbers to see if there is anything that can be done to make it look a little better ! We’ve been several times before and never had a problem.

   I visited here for the first time just before Christmas for myself and my 10 year old son. Never again. We did not have the same barber to cut our hairs. My son went first, he has been growing his hair on top for a while as he wants a ponytail with an undercut. I told the barber please do not cut anything off the top as he is growing it and please just shave back and sides and underneath as an undercut. He said ok. I then went to my designated barber and could not watch my son's hair being cut. My son had finished his haircut first and to our shock and complete disbelief his barber had cut the top and reduced it by half the length and had not done an undercut but a poor looking shave on the back and sides. So the hair on top my son had been growing (which was already previously over his eyes as that's how he wanted it!) for more than a year, had now been reduced by half the length and un even. I went up to the barber and said why have you cut the top off like that, I told you clearly leave the top as he is growing it and soon wants a pony tail. The barber just looked and me and said 'oh'! Unbelievable. If you go here please be very careful which barber you choose. My son's barber was terrible and either didn't care about what we requested or couldn't do what we requested. How can you give someone a haircut they have not asked for and just cut away without a care. My son was distraught and still is. I will never go here again.

   The guys in here REALLY know how to cut hair. Above that, they treat you with respect and make you feel first class. They are all extremely skilled, and the prices are unbelievable. To anyone wanting a cut, you MUST try here. They will wax your ears and nose for you, hot towels and head massage. Beard trims and exquisite styling and shaping. Honestly the best in Birmingham, especially considering the price. Also, they are amazing with kids. They are patient, gentle and take their time. Well worth every penny. I even doubled the price of my child's cut as a tip because it was so good. Thank you lads, will definitely be back again. All the best.

   We have taken our 2 boys here for regular haircuts for the past couple of years. All the staff are very friendly and very patient with the children. It’s great value and we were always very pleased with their haircuts. Would highly recommend!
