   I have visited here 3 times with my son. He had his first hair cut at 14 months old by Karokh. I would highly recommend him to everyone !!!! He has the patience of a saint. My little boy was so upset when he got his first hair cut and Karokh was brilliant with him, he was singing nursery rhymes, talking to him, constantly stopping to wash his dummy each time there was hair on it. He was such a perfectionist too! I do dread trips to the barbers, as I feel so bad on the barbers there because my son screams for the whole time, but each time all of the men inside the shop are so welcoming towards us. I would highly recommend this barbers.

   worst experience ever - DO NOT RECOMMEND Took my child for a trim and was charged more than the listed price. I asked why I was being charged £14 for a quick trim, to which the guy just ignored me and kept saying '£14'. This is absolutely ridiculous. If he had explained to me why I was being overcharged, it would be ok; however, pretending not to speak English is an insult. I had a bad experience here previously too, but gave them the benefit of the doubt. My partner has had a terrible experience here too, so 3 bad experiences out of 3 visits. WILL NOT RETURN.

   Quoted £10 at the door, but then hot towels and massage guns came out, which wasn't asked for! Then was charged £24 which is still pricey if I'd wanted it... be careful this doesn't happen to yoy! Won't be returning

   Took my son there today to try it out and told him what I wanted and instead he decided to give my son a buzz cut and running the 0 over the side walls of his head. There is no hair left on the crown of his head. My son looks like he’s got a landing strip through the middle of his head. The worst thing was he insulted me by knocking a pound off the price. If there wasn’t any other people in there I would of argued it more . Definitely won’t be returning

   Today was my third visit to Bromsgrove Barbers. All three times I've had a four on top and a zero back and sides and all three times I've been very happy with the cut. I'm a pensioner and on my first two visits was charged the over 64 rate of £10. However, today I was told it would cost £14. I confirmed I was a pensioner and embarrassingly was asked to confirm my actual age (I'm 74). I was then told a "zero" is £14. In finality £10 was accepted, but I was told it would be £14 next time. I will not be returning.

   I needed a hair cut and the queue in my normal barbers meant that i wouldn't be able to get a hair cut due to closing. Really disappointed with the skin fade and cut in general. Beard shape was good though but based upon the overall outcome i will not be going back. Friendly service, poor quality trim. More expensive than my usual barber too.

   First visit was excellent, had a Polish lady who did a great job. Second visit was with a different hairdresser who I believe may be the owner but wasn't quite as good in my opinion. They still provided a great cut and I would recommend others to bring custom their way. There was plenty of waiting room space and only one other person in the queue ahead of me due to there only being one person working on this occasion. Friendly chat and humour left a positive atmosphere.
