My Daughter has recently had to have 5 baby teeth out over 2 appointments, she has a major needle phobia which she has had therapy for at the hospital with no luck !! so the Fact Kate has even managed to get near her with numbing cream never mind the needle is astonishing. Finished her first appointment relieved and feeling very silly that she’d been so terrified when actually the team made it a much more comfortable experience for her !! by the second appointment she had very little nerves and although uncomfortable she was completely at ease around such reassuring patient Staff. I recently had two emergency dental appointments at Clowne Dental Practice and I was super impressed with the while surgery. The receptionists are fabulous and so helpful. The dentist I saw Matt Cooper was fantastic and put me at ease. He explained everything and the costs involved. I felt like nothing was too much trouble from all members of staff. The practice is well located and super clean. Would very highly recommend with confidence
Friendly and welcoming reception team, professional and super clean environment. They were able to see me fairly quickly and I ended up having a wisdom tooth extraction, much to my dismay as I don't like needles in my mouth, but Jo put me at ease and I now don't feel as anxious having a similar procedure done again. Absolutely recommended this dental practice!!
Very friendly staff. Fairly recently I required an emergency appointment in which I managed to get one that same day and was given the necessary treatment. I also had a follow up appointment to ensure that there were no further problems. Even when I come for my 6 monthly check ups, the dentist is always very attentive and provides the necessary advice to keep my teeth healthy. Always helpful and very good at making recommendations. I also recommended this dentist to my family who are now all patients here.
Been at this dental practice for 15 years. Always hate the dentist before this but now I don’t mind going due to the friendly atmosphere and how the dentist puts me at ease. Also they explain all the work they are doing. Friendly reception staff and always helpful. Always can get an appointment if in case of an emergancy. Pleased after every appointment.
Mr Addi is always attentive and thorough throughout my dental treatments here. He gives sound advice and I always feel comfortable to ask questions, however silly I feel they may be. Great dental practice, and lovely staff. Would highly recommend.
Great dental practice, nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Always get seen straight away if I have any pain or problems. The dentist is patient and understanding, always willing to help. I would recommend this practice, I am very happy the service! The text reminders are very handy as I am very forgetful.
Being a very very nervous patient I could not have asked for better treatment. He was so patient with me and explained everything properly before he did anything. After missing an appointment due to anxiety I went back and he could have been funny with me but he was so kind and didn’t charge me for the check up. I have now had my first treatment and although I am still very nervous It was much better than i thought due to the staff there. Would definitely recommend to others.
