Overall I have nothing but praise for the practice. I am status more now that I have Myra and her nurse taking care of my treatment. The staff are always polite and professional, I treat ease there. I would have given a extra star but to do that I think the facility needs updating. And would benefit from having a refurbishment.
Had an amazing experience coming here for multiple treatments. All of the staff are friendly and you can easily have conversations about everything and anything. When i had my appointments everything was clearly explained as to what is happening and what will happen at future visits. Looking at the before and after photos that was taken there was a massive improvement and I can't thank them enough.
Very good dental practice in Newark. Staff is highly skilled, polite and professional. Dr Debbie and her nurse Ergisa are some of the best dentists I’ve had in over 30 years of treatments. Definitely one of the best clinics I’ve seen so far in uk, highly recommended.
The building is a reasonable standard, the equipment seems to be of a high level and the receptionists are very helpful, professional and friendly. If you're a Bupa Insurance member, the process is easy as it's all done by the dental practice before you pay. My main issue is I've had several appointments cancelled and had to call them back to rearrange a new date and time. When the appointments have been kept, it has been a good experience with the dentist.

Visited earlier last year for some treatment, overall experience was good. I often feel anxious in the dentist but the whole team were polite and friendly, putting me at ease within their practice.
Have been a patient for 3 years. Most recent treatment, a tooth extraction for a chronic 25 year old abscess problem on a molar with an old root canal treatment that eventually gave way. Nobody wants to have a tooth removed. However the investigations, radiography, the explanation, the options and costs were all fully discussed. It was a non urgent procedure and was done within 3 weeks at my convenience. It was unexpectedly painless and complication free. Great local analgesia. It felt like the dentist was completely confident, unrushed and caring. She talked me through whole process as she did it. I looked at my watch afterwards. 20 minutes. And that included a scale and polish. Incredibly efficient and well organized. Post op recovery was exactly as briefed by the dentist. Actually much better than that. My dentist is Irina, and I fully recommend her.
Awful experience at this dentist. No communication skills whatsoever. Refused to sign so I could get my dentures at a specialist and it took weeks for this to be resolved after pressure from both me and the specialist. Eventually resolved but they didn’t even bother to tell me. Such a stressful time as we have illness in the family. Would never recommend to anyone
