   I’ve been coming here since it opened and I’m normally very happy with the results. The haircut was great, but the beard trim was the opposite of what I asked for. I asked for a tidy-up (cheeks, neckline, moustache) and instead Inwas given a goatee, so I just had it shaved off afterwards because it wasn’t what I asked for. To make it worse, I was charged £24.50 — the price of a hot towel shave — even though he only used clippers. Really disappointing.

   Very unprofessional will not be coming here again. All the staff were talking in their language and cover saying the whole time sitting in the chair. They was ordering food whilst cutting my hair. The staff member did not have any manners at all was out of order. Also staff member was taking phone calls whilst cutting my hair multiple times. Didn’t get offered a hot towel or even shown a mirror to see my hair from the back, which they still charged me £24.50 for a disgusting service all round.

   I have been looking for a good barber since moving to Birmingham after a few bad hair cuts this place came to my saviour. Service was great my barber HARJAN was great he could see how my hair had been poorly cut and gave me the best cut I’ve had in a long time. 100% will be returning and exploring some more of their services in the future.    Amazing barber shop. Shop looks new like its had a refit. Quick and efficient haircut. Free parking around the shop. They take card which is a bonus. Competitive pricing. They listen to what cut your after. 3/4 barbers in the shop when i went. I wasnt satisfied with how high my fade was but the barber sorted it no problem. Friendly staff. The shop is stocked with products which i think you can purchase. They are quite busy so may be a short wait which i think is worth it. They do other treatments too while i was there saw them do some nasal waxing for one and hot steam towel for another. Will be my go to local barbers now. Thanks guys!!
