   I was told to call in the morning before 9am to book an appointment. I attempted this for a week and was constanly told there were no appointments. In the end the receptionist was familiar with my voice and she would cut me off as soon as she recognises my voice. Am a person of colour with an accent. I never play the race card. This time I asked my support worker who has an english accent to call on my behalf less than a minute after I had called and got cut off. My support worker was instantly answered politely and offered appointments instantly when I had been told they were no appointments. I am very disappointed in this receptionist. Not sure whether the dentist knows this is what is happening. It's a shame the the patients are discriminated at this practice. I had to find another dentist following this experience.

   My 90 yr old mum had to have 2 teeth removed 1 being a wisdom tooth which should of been done at the hospital under anaesthetic, but unfortunately due to the NHS waiting time this was not an option so the dentist had to carry out the procedure resulting in my mum just having local anaesthetic. We can not praise the dentist and dental nurse enough for their professionalism, compassion and empathy towards my dear mum, a massive thank you.

   Poor experience here over the last 2 years. Untidy premises. Miss diagnosed ongoing problems that my new dentist identified in minutes! All in all a poor experience.
