   I had a very disappointing experience with this dental clinic. Before coming in, I called the clinic myself to inform them that I was going to be late. During that call, the staff didn't mention that being late would mean I could no longer rebook the appointment. I was only told that I could still walk in, but there was no guarantee that the dentist could see me, not that I would lose the chance to rebook completely. When I arrived late, I accepted that I couldn’t see the dentist that day. One staff member even rebooked me for next Tuesday, and everything seemed fine. However, shortly after that, another colleague called me and said that I actually couldn’t be rebooked because I missed my first appointment. He insisted that he had informed me about this policy during registration, which is simply not true. If he had told me, I would have remembered and I would have tried even harder not to be late, even though I wasn’t feeling well and my Uber was delayed. This inconsistent, unclear communication caused unnecessary stress, wasted time, and wasted money. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

   Although some of these reviews have been scoring this dental clinic low scores. I think there’s polite staff and it’s a clean dental practice. There is always someone to help and efficient appointments.

   2 stars. The dentist is really lovely but the practice isnt great, feels rushed each time im in there and after complaining about aches near my tooth for a few appointments they in end pulled the tooth out. This could have been prevented if they listened months ago. Really sad about this and hope they will pay more attention and give better care to their patients.

   This is about the procedure and not a person at the practice : my 80+ year old mum - fell ill on the day of her appointment and subsequently missed her appointment (GP gave her antibiotics a day later) she was stuck off! Seriously - for an industry of looking after the health of humans i think it speaks volumes of when humans are treated as a number and dehumanized. In the meantime she hasn't "disturbed" the dentist for over 2 years as she has not needed to waste appointments . #humansbeforemanmadeprocedures

   I am a very nervous patient and was anxious about attending the dentist All I can say is I would highly recommend the staff were polite and welcoming nothing was too much trouble The dentists bill was understanding over how nervous I was and had lovely manner The nurse was friendly and the reception team happy to help The reviews were off putting but I can honestly say after my multiple appointments there I can only stress how lovely the team were

   if i can give less than 1 star i would!! nothing good about it at all. never answer the phone, they cancelled my daughter’s appointment 1 day before it and rebooked it after 3 months! even the treatments i had was rubbish, dentist ignored my toothache and prescribed me toothpaste and my tooth broke 1 week after as it was cracked. even simplest tasks like scaling and polishing was rubbish.

   Dr nasar Ali, absolutely amazing, I was unsure about getting Invisalign but he reassured me that I would get good results! And I am so so so pleased I did! Absolutely amazing . I’m so happy with my progress my teeth are amazing .I did not expect my teeth to be as good as they are. Dr nasar was understanding, took his time and ensured that I was happy with my treatment, he did not let me leave until I was satisfied! Absolutely over the moon with my teeth, super super happy words can’t explain!

   Been in agony for a few days rang111 and after going through assessment told me that I would be rung in the morning which i was and they made me a appointment for this afternoon. Didn’t know what to expect on arrival but the receptionist were polite and caring and the dentist that i saw was amazing would definitely recommend

   If I could give 0 stars I would more than happily give this. After having excessive treatment from CC and this being done they have told me to contact my registered practice Darnall dentist. I have contacted darnall dentist and they have advised me they have removed me of the systems and fail to see me now. Under access to treatment I am being denied medical assistance in which I am eligible for. The women who I had spoken to Sarah (Manager of the practice) , simply did not understand my concerns and I asked her for policy details in which she said she may not be able to send this. I find this appalling service from the practice and will be taking this forward with regards to access to treatment under section of human rights. I feel that I am being deprived of my rights to this. The practice itself used to be good in the years of 2019. After that period rude staff members no one know what the left hand to the right hand does.
