   Sarah was fantastic. Have been to loads of hairdressers in my time. And she is the best. She listens to you. And knows what she is talking about. I have naturally curly hair and no one has really cut it right. But she has cut it perfect. And she is such a lovely lady. She took her time has well. Also she is the first hairdresser to cut my hair dry first before washing it. Thanks sarah

   Another brilliant haircut today with Sarah-Jayne. This lovely lady knows how to cut and style hair, she listens to her clients and nothing is too much trouble for her. She even shared her lunch with me! That's customer service big time! Love her x

   Unfortunately I felt very uncomfortable listening to the very unprofessional manager discussing staffs personal issues and problems. Clear loves a bit of gossip and drama and is clearly in the salon for attention. This also spreads to her Facebook page where she feels she can slander ex employees. In my opinion a very uncomfortable atmosphere.

   Regardless of the quality of products or hair/beauty services the salon owner Sarah Jayne (yes she is the salon owner read the page she likes to remind everyone of that) is unprofessional to say the very least. She has been through alot (again read the page) however is now intent on destroying the credibility of ex staff members by going on a vicious social media rampage which is quite frankly not classy. Be prepared to be gossiped about if you attend this establishment. Also be prepared to get a balyage or a bob as this is all they seem capable of doing and then charge you a kidney for it.
