   I have been a client with RMUK for over thirty years. Previously reviewed several years ago but I still give five stars. I have never had a problem with haircuts or colours. I’ve previously had a straightening treatment too and was very impressed with the result. Over the years I’ve had long styles, mid length and short styles but have never felt uneasy about making a change because my stylist is brilliant at haircuts and she offers good styling advice. I also have a sensitive scalp and my stylist is aware of this and uses the relevant products. You will always be made to feel welcome, a very relaxed atmosphere.

   Amazing salon with the best team. Been going to RMUK for many years now and recommend to anyone. I take my mum and daughters there too and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Tim and Michelle are fabulous and know we are in safe hands with them and Massi is amazing with his colour work. The salon is lovely and very disability friendly. Always get offered a hot drink and a head massage too. 10/10

   I had my haircut done by Michelle and I absolutely loved it! She really listened to what I wanted and made sure everything was perfect. The result was even better than I expected stylish, fresh, and exactly my vibe. Mishelle is super friendly and professional. Definitely recommend her if you’re looking for someone who truly knows what she’s doing!

   I have found my new hairdressers! Being disappointed in hairdresser in the past, I found RMUK on treatwell and booked for a balayage with Bethany. Throughout the whole process Bethany kept checking what I wanted every step of the way, looking at pictures and taking her time to create the look I asked for. She is truly a perfectionist! She talked me through how I styled my hair and ensured that my balayage looked good with my hair tied up as well as down. She explained how adding extra highlights would help ensure the look was blended and which cut would keep my hair looking healthiest. She explained every choice and through doing this, I am confident I have found my regular stylist. I love my hair and could not be more pleased with Bethany and the attentiveness of all the staff at RMUK. Thank you!

   I recently booked in with the salon for a manicure and I was very happy with the overall service. Kim was my manicurist and not having my nails done by her before I really didn’t know what to expect, but she was amazing! Not only was she great at providing me with such a beautiful manicure, she was also lovely to chat to and a really nice person. I will definitely be booking again!

   I came here because of the Google reviews. I must confess that this is probably one of the best experiences I have had at a salon other than in my own home city (Minneapolis, MN, USA). The first time I arrived, they’ll take care of your jacket and check you in. I had Tim take care of my hair. He’s a joy to speak with and I felt very welcomed. I was looking for guidance in what to do with my hair and his expertise shined brightly. I did a cut and blow dry. I shared my concerned that I wanted to change my highlights more to a natural state. He recommended I book an appointment with Massi. I came back a few days later and also booked a wax appointment with Anna. Again, I shared my thoughts about what I wanted with my hair and Massi took great care of my hair. The before and after is night and day. There’s also a dog named Cookie (I think) and she sits on your lap while you get your hair done. It’s so fun! I also got a Brazilian wax from Anna. She’s very nice and she makes it quick and painless as possible. The salon is gorgeous and modern. There are multiple floors and a place to wait for your next appointment. They have assistants to ask if you want something to drink. These stylists definitely know what they’re doing and I wish they had a branch in the US. Regardless, I’d fly here just to get my hair done in a heartbeat. Thank you for the expertise, the warm welcome, and making me feel like another regular.
