   I had my eyebrows waxed today, and the lady who did them — Fatema — was very gentle. I’ve been there many times before, and the waxing itself is usually good. However, I find it frustrating that I’m always asked to sign up for one of their plans every time I visit. Today I was asked four times in a row, which felt quite pushy. I also felt pressured into having my eyebrows done after being told they “needed a good tidy up,” even though I hadn’t planned on getting them done at that moment. What made it more uncomfortable was that I was approached while shopping in Primark, not even near their beauty desk. It felt intrusive and a bit too sales-driven. Overall, the service from Fatema was gentle and professional, but the repeated upselling and pressure to book or sign up took away from the experience.

   I went in yesterday to get eyelashes extensions and ended up in urgent care with an abrasion on my eye. The lady was using Q-tip to clean glue from my eye.I won’t go into too much detail because I intend to seek legal advice but the lady was very nice and it’s quite unfortunate that this happened. Edit : RAWR reached out asking for my contact to see how they can “rectify “ the situation and no one ever got back to me .

   My hands have been left in pain. I have two fingers that have burns to the side of the nail, and on of the nails was filed so badly, it bled through. I was talked out of BIAB and told gel would be better. That it would stay in place for 4-5 weeks! Six hours later it is already lifting from one thumb. The finish is generally untidy and the surrounding area sore. I have photos if you would like to see them. Would not recommend. Nice lady though.

   Amazing friendly team…very helpful and excellent service…I had the best pedicure in ages…and my hands manicure is just perfect!!!…lovely ladies and made sure I’m relaxed and pampered…best “me time”…a well spent Saturday afternoon will definitely be back again xx

   Went today to just get a simple coat of polish (not gel, just plain polish) which has been listed on their leaflet and online for £12. Confirmed this with the lady who did my nails who then charged me £22 claiming that £12 was the children’s price when there is no mention of children’s prices listed anywhere. I am very upset, I feel as though I have been scammed. It’s been less than 20 minutes and the polish is already peeling off. Would not recommend.

   The lady who did my brows today was fantastic. Very polite, helpful and very good at her job. It was nice to talk about or little children too. Will be back in 3/4 weeks for them doing again . Highly recommend.
