   Lovely reception, very friendly. I was a nervous wreck as had to have a wisdom tooth out as an emergency. The dentist was a tall black man and was the friendliest nicest dentist I’ve ever met he put me at ease and tried to make me laugh I was so grateful to him.

   Avoid this practice! I don’t mind dentist but this was enough to put me off for life. Absolutely awful experience, no compassionate at all, you just get told off for asking to stop during procedure when they’re hurting you, and that’s after saying anaesthetic was unnecessary to numb my mouth before digging my gums to sort my wisdom tooth out. I had an Asian lady and I don’t even think she was a dentist! Terrible practice.

   I'm not the best with dentist, but this surgery makes you feel so comfortable, male dentist is so patient and understanding. Talked me through my anxiety, and next thing I know my treatments done.

   I can't say for other dentists that worked there I have only experience with one dentist (wouldn't even call her dentist) and definitely not a good one. She would cancel my appointments last minute, leave the surgery while I was already there waiting, had no equipment ready to do the job and lastly lied about my care when threatened with solicitors. Never have I ever felt so mistreated than here. Absolute shambles. Please if you can choose go elsewhere you will regret it if you come here.

   I was referred here for emergency treatment by 111, the dentist I saw was fantastic, removed the offending tooth with no pain or discomfort to myself.

   Dentist chairs have never been my favourite place of comfort. However, from entering this dental practice, I was made to feel comfortable from the receptionist, nurse and dental treatment. Would happily recommend this practice.

   I have been going to this dentistry since a child I mean over 20 years the dentist is wonderful. But that said the receptionist has no manners to speak to her cliental nor understanding to communicate in a nicely manner. Shame let’s the dentistry down as you feel uncomfortable
