    Awful customer care. Firstly they gave an invoice with all the mistakes, spelling mistakes in name, address etc. It has been 4-5 months that they were not able to send us the correct invoice. Instead of we getting frustrated, they say it is taking lot of time to correct. This itself tells how they operate. It is weird that their system isn't able to pick correct address if you put in the post code. So far we didn't get the invoice. Pretty poor.

    Don’t trust these jokers more interested in money than patients Struck off my elderly in-laws as NHS patients because they didn’t visit for a year DURING COVID and yet they were willing to take them on as private patients after striking them off Obviously NHS patients don’t pay well enough
