First time going to the hairdressers in awhile. I had Emily and she was super friendly and helped with my nerves a lot. Talked me through everything, highly recommend!
I had a set of hybrid lashes done & a brow wax & tint done by jessica & they came out absolutely amazing i will definitely be going back. the customer service i received was amazing i felt so comfortable since i walked in so friendly.
Had my hair cut here a few times and left something to be desired, however I had Karen (I think it was!) who did an amazing job and listened to what I wanted! Will be going again
It was my first time at Head Hunters salon, and I had an amazing experience! Ruby did my balayage, and I couldn’t be happier with the result — it looks so beautiful, glossy, and exactly what I wanted. She made me feel comfortable throughout. The whole team was friendly and welcoming, and the salon has such a nice vibe. Definitely coming back again — thank you, Ruby!
I booked for a restyle which took a whole 30 mins, felt rushed. How many photographs of a hairstyle do you have to show a hairdresser what you want before you actually get it. I wasn’t asking for anything unrealistic just a messy Bob. Hair is about 2 inches shorter than any of the photos I took with me and looks like none of them, it’s horrendous. I hate it and would almost consider a buzz cut just so I don’t have to look at it anymore. I asked for a messy Bob but all I got was a complete mess. Will never ever go there again.
Absolutely wonderful. Very friendly, welcoming and professional. Had my hair restyled by Abi, and I have no hesitation in recommending Headhunters to anyone who needs a new hairstyle or new hair salon. Thank you for a great atmosphere, welcome and coffee.
Booked a pedicure in person in the salon. Was then bombarded with messages to pay a deposit online..? for a pedicure. Rang and said I would have paid a deposit when booking but was happy to go in and pay instead. Oh no you cant do that has to be online. Then when I said I would just cancel they said it was ok as long as I was going. Then I mentioned it was varnish I was having oh no they only do gel. I gave up at that point.
Contacted them with photos of my hair and the desired look asking for advice on whether it was achievable. I booked in an appointment with them after they said they’d be able to do it and waiting a month for the appointment. Turned up to the appointment to be told they couldn’t do it as I hadn’t booked a slot long enough and that the person who had booked my appointment doesn’t even colour hair. I am not left with no appointment, nowhere to go with my hair doing and roots after waiting four week. Offered me a discount to rebook but not acceptable at all and very unprofessional letting people who do not colour hair advise and book appointments.
First time using this hair dressers. Got my hair cut yesterday and it was messed up so decided to go here out of recommendation. They were highly professional offered a cup of tea. They washed, cut and curled my hair. It was styled perfectly and they sorted my hair out really well. Kayley was the hair dresser who sorted it out and I absolutely love it. She did an amazing job highly reccomend and would definitely use them again! Such an amazing hair dressers. Before and after photos below...
