Nails were ok, but when you ask for square you expect a tiny bit of a slope down to the nail edge, and the slightest bit of filing to at least take off the sharp edge. Mine look like they were cut off with a guillotine at the thickest point. The edges on them were so sharp they keep catching me when I wash my hands. I've had my nails done in many different places over the years and not once have I had my fingers almost twisted off and been yanked so painfully the way this girl did. She constantly asked me to stop moving my arm (the way she was twisting my hand it was impossible not to move it) and when I tried not to move at her request I lost count of the times she impatiently pulled me and rudely rapped on my hand when she thought I wasn't moving enough! I would have complained there and then but I just wanted to get out of there, despite wearing a face mask she was coughing all the time so violently I could feel it on my hands, and sniffing all the time too. I covered my hands in sanitiser as soon as she finished and paid so I could get out as soon as possible. Managed to sort the nails out myself when I got home and did a better job. Hope I don't get sick now, she wasn't even wearing gloves (like her colleagues were). Gave two stars just to be kind. Edited to add, this is the second time I've been here and had the same girl. My daughter had a different girl who did a great job and she was pleased with her nails.

Very hit and miss. I’ve been in 3 times. First was ok, the girl didn’t do my cuticles and I had to ask if that was part of the service. Nail’s were wonky from filing, but I pointed it out and the manager overheard who then advised her what to do. Second time was brilliant. The girl that’s always on the first desk is great, perfect nails, no complaints. My most recent experience. The guy was very distracted and stopped twice to respond to messages where he was there for a few minutes each time. Nails felt very rushed and was charged extra despite them not being soaked off, which is what the charge states. Paint all over cuticles/finger and nail dust is under the gel polish so I have lumps. Have paid £22 in the previous visits and then charged extra in this visit, despite the nails coming out worse. Unfortunately, with the inconsistent experience, I won’t be coming back. Advice to anyone new, check who you’re getting or it will be hit and miss.

I recently visited this newly renovated salon for a deluxe pedicure and manicure, and I was genuinely impressed. The space is absolutely stunning – so modern, fresh, and luxurious. I especially loved the neutral colour scheme, it gives the whole place such a calm and elegant vibe. The deluxe pedicure was incredibly relaxing – everything from the soak to the massage was done with such care, and my feet felt amazing afterwards. The manicure came out beautifully as well, really neat and exactly how I wanted it. The staff are clearly very talented and take their time to make sure everything is perfect. The owner was fantastic – so welcoming, professional, and attentive. His customer service was outstanding, and you can tell he puts a lot of effort into making sure every client feels looked after. It’s definitely worth the visit if you’re after a bit of luxury and high-quality service. I’ll definitely be returning!

Been before had nails done loved them quick. Went today guy was in experienced nicked me few times didn’t seem experienced so other guy took over. Will not be going back again. Maybe if inexperienced give reduced rate for him to practice.

It’s more than a year that I’m their customer and I’m really satisfied with my nails every time. I usually go for simple designs which they do perfectly for me, but this time I tried something Christmassy and it turn out lovely for me. Friendly staff too.

Will not be returning, I asked for a design and showed a picture and the design came out nothing like I had expected or asked for. I was charged more than every other customer an additional £5, and £5 more than when I went previously. When I left I hated the look of my nails so called back for a re design. I was told it was be free or £5, I had a simple design redo and was charged £10. So I wasted my entire morning and petrol and was over charged by £10 for a very basic nail design. They’ve lost themselves a long term customer for a short term gain and cheat out of £10.

I have visited this salon 3 times now.. 1st visit was over a year ago wasn't happy with my nails no fault of the salon i just should have specified the length and i wasnt keen on the colour when n i left, so it was my own fault. My 2nd visit i made sure i i knew what I wanted.. The only thing was the length I wanted them shorter and I'm sure I'm not alone here when you're asked on the length they look at you like your craxy cause you want them shorter... My nails were done nice i was happy with them and just coped with the length.. I had so many compliments on them. So i went back recently for infills.. Again i knew my design but i wanted to keep same shape.. I was horrified when they started filing them into another shape.. But again although i hadn't specified this to them i wasn't asked either so anyway new shape it was i had also changed my mind on the colour as they didn't have the shade i wanted. I knew once i walk2out I'd instantly hate them .. So i changed my mind on the colour, although they weren't done to the exact same pattern i was still pleased with them... However the guy doing them was getting ever so frustrated with me and rushed the job... He just wantwd me out of the shop i think... I had a couple of air bubbles in the design paint job and they didn't feel as stong as the other ones. I felt like he acted unprofessional and not remembering that he's providing a service that i was paying for. I wasn't rude to him and had just changed my mind On on a few things, i felt that no matter how fussy or particular a customer is it doesn't warrant being made to feel the way i was like i was inconvenienceing him.. How ever i do like the way they do your nails here the arillic is never thick or lumpy they always look nice and the finish job is fantastic when not rushed. I would still recommend them but don't feel anyway about making sure your happy with what you want after all its your money that's paying for it.

I’ve get my nails done here all the time, They are under new management , the people working at this place are very respectful and make you feel comfortable, they do nails the best and ask you exactly how you want it I show them pictures and they always nail it. Also reading some of the reviews with 1 start what has been said is a lie. Also if you ever wanted anything changed or wasn’t happy with the service they are more then happy to try their best to make sure you leave their salon happy with your nails. They never leave any clients leave without being satisfied with their nails and I can vouch for that.
