   Horrible nail shop avoid she don’t even talk she very rude sits there and makes you feel uncomfortable and can’t do nails properly they were all different sizes her equipment don’t even work properly cuts out when she does it coulor was awful don’t match what’s on the color chart avoid this shamble of a shop absolute disgrace!!!    Worst nail salon experience EVER!!! 0 stars if I could!! I normally use another local salon which is great, but was fully booked for when I needed so I thought I would give it a try as it is local. My appointment was at 10am and the nail tech didn't even arrive to open up until 10.10am! The nail tech had such a crazy attitude, couldn't do a simple leopard print design on my natural nails and told me if she doesn't get it right she doesn't want me to start an argument! Like who says that to a first time customer?? I wanted shellac gel nails and to be honest I could have painted them at home and done a better job. I paid £25 and the next day 2 of the nails have already started to peel off!! Extremely disappointed with the nail tech woman in this salon. Not sure how the salon has lasted this long to be honest as numerous reviews have been about this woman. I will NOT be returning and I definitely do NOT recommend it to anyone. Can see why there was only 2 customers including me on easter bank holiday. There is a beauty salon across the road which is much better.

   If I could give this a 0 I would. Woman had terrible attitude. To be honest I wish I had read some of these reviews before going there. Very rude huffing and puffing and raising her voice and being patronising and was on her personal phone constantly throughout. I spoke to her calmly despite this and still her customer service was just appalling. I got a full set, She kept shoving my hand and pulling my fingers telling me to relax which was hard to do as she didn’t make me feel relaxed in the slightest. She did the acrylic super thin and 4 days later 3 nails have already snapped off. Also paid for shellac and the colour is already chipping. Mind you I always get my nails done I live in jewellery quarter and when it comes to nails I don’t mind paying top price for quality. The one time I didn’t and this is what I get, so serves me right to be honest. Definitely do not recommend. Had the experience been different she’d have gained a loyal customer. My nails were normal length and she still tried to charge me extra for length. Just a terrible experience and on my birthday too. Very rude woman not surprised the shop was empty.

   I was overcharged for my nails by £10, they burnt my skin with the nail file! They added a top coat that I did not ask for, that burnt my skin under the UV, and then went to charge me for it. They were annoyed when I asked for my nails to be shorter. They put the nail art on wonky and when I asked for it to be straightened they got annoyed. They made me sit for 10minutes whilst texting. Honestly such an awful experience, do not recommend.

   love coming here to get my nails done, staff are really friendly and more than happy to help! always am very pleased with my nails after and I've recommended to lots of my friends and family. Price is super reasonable and the pedicure is amazing
