I've been going to Lorna for my waxes for a year and she’s incredible. She works fast but still manages to be gentle, and even when a spot stings she helps you through it like a pro. She’s also great to talk to, which makes the whole appointment comfortable. Highly recommend :)
I have been coming to Lorna for the past couple of years to get my brows done and I honestly wouldn't let anyone else near them - she does an amazing job! The studio is always in immaculate condition and there is a lovely, calm, relaxing atmosphere. Lorna is such a professional and the conversation flows so easily, making it a joy to get my brows done by her!
I recently visited Lorna at Pin Up Beauty had Waxing for Men, and the experience was honestly far better than I ever imagined. The treatment was pain-free, which was a huge surprise, and Lorna’s attention to detail was absolutely spot on. She also provided really useful aftercare advice, making sure I knew exactly how to look after my skin afterwards. On top of all that, she was warm, friendly, and great to chat to, which made the whole appointment feel comfortable from start to finish. I would highly recommend to anyone, thank you making me feeling smooth!
Lorna is the best! I’ve been coming to her regularly for a while now. She is the only person I trust to wax me and she always does an amazing job. She is friendly and professional and will always put you at ease. 100% recommend ❤️

Had my HD brows done by Lorna - she is absolutely fabulous! Beautiful brows! I felt threading was uncomfortable so she, right away, suggested using hot waxing instead - very much appreciated! I am definitely coming back again for this and other treatments. Lorna obviously knows what she is doing. Also, she suggested other treatments to me, which is nice as I like to know my options. It was a nice, relaxing and pleasant experience. Highly recommend!
I had to ask for a patch test myself in which I got a reply "you don't really need one but I can if you want" which rubbed me the wrong way on the get go. I got the "go go eyelashes" costing £34 which are meant to last 2 weeks and she put some sealant on them which didn't even help anything and made them feel really gross and crusty and they started coming off the first night, even though I followed all the aftercare suggestions she gave. After 4 days of not wearing makeup or washing my face most of them had come off in clumps and left my eyelashes looking patchy and disgusting, highly disappointed, waste of my time and money, although the lady was nice I will not be coming here again.
I had a great experience here. Its a small business run by just one woman, but the result is personal and expert treatment. She called me straight back and ran my various appointments in the most logical way (doing my eyebrows and wax between my pedicure to ensure emu toes were properly dry as I had forgotten sandals!) She had the most up-to-date training in HD brows and Lycon Waxing (and was just as good as Strip in London where I usually go and who do the training for Lycon). I would throughly recommend and will be using her again when I go back to Leeds. 5 Stars! Thanks!
