   Got my composite bonding done here and would like to say what a great job they’ve done. From the reception team to dental assistants and dentists everybody was helpful and welcoming. I work in care and have also brought people I support here and they are very patient and understanding. Would highly recommend.

   I can’t think of a prebooked appointment at this practice that has not been cancelled with no reason given for the cancellation. However when my Husband had to cancel one because he was ill he was ‘told off’ and said he would be given a warning! The dentists vary a lot, I have had one that was quite thorough but the last one I had looked at my teeth for all of 1-2 minutes, he barely spoke and didn’t seem to even do a scale and polish. We will be looking to go elsewhere. Would not recommend.

   So pleased I left this practice, reception staff were extensively and consistently rude, appointments were cancelled by them and then when I cancelled as I had tested positive for Covid I was told that this was my third cancellation and if there was another cancellation I would be taken off their books, they cancelled two appointments on the day. Dental treatment was sporadic depending on which dentist you saw the first two times were decent third time, they spent 20 seconds looking at my teeth. No cleaning, no plan, no hygienist, no discussion. I certainly would not recommend this practice.

   I've been in this dentistry for 2 years by the NHS. To get an appointment, just call and make an appointment for a convenient day and time for you. I didn't have to wait long. I'm happy. I treated my teeth here several times, and today I was on a preventive examination. Also here you can get the necessary advice in particular from a doctor who speaks English and also in Russian (it's very convenient for me since I'm from Ukraine and I'm really more comfortable communicating on any topic of dental problems in Russian). Thank you very much for your attention and constant support.

   Thoroughly annoyed today after ringing through to try and get an appointment due to one of my teeth falling apart to be told that I've not been in a couple of years therefore I am no longer a member. Now there is an 18 month wait list. How ridiculous! Basically this is a money making scheme to keep you going regularly and spending money!
