Went today after having a few rough weeks and really needed the pampering. Thank you Laura who did my massage and facial really enjoyed it and can already feel and see the results.
Megan is a highly skilled and talented nail artist and is great fun to chat with. I really look forward to my visits, and my nails are always lovely.
wonderful experience. First time I've been and had my hair cut here. the staff are friendly and are nice to talk to. would definitely go again.
Used them many times and good service previously but … Just tried to book in for a pedicure and shellac on my toes ,and was also going to ask for a massage, and got told rudely and abruptly that because I had had to use mint nails the time before because Mulberry could not fit me in they would not soak off my shellac … I was welcome to go elsewhere and get it soaked off and then come back to them … as if ! Never heard of this from any other salon .. will go elsewhere and they can have have my massage custom as well .. Extremely rude and abrupt after being a loyal customer for the last year or so . Shocked and very disappointed . They do not deserve any more customers with that attitude and As a small local business they should care re word of mouth ! So sad
Just had the Tuesday treats, was an amazing facial and lovely pedicure with gels. I didn't get the name of my lady but she was really nice would definitely recommend and ill be back very soon and will be bringing my mum along too.
Really lovely! Today was my first visit and I have to say what a warm welcome! Such a nice and relaxing place ...really friendly and definitely worth going. Following my very first visit to The Mulberry House on Saturday, I just wanted to say how amazing my experience was. I had a spray tan and new set of acrylic nails and was really happy with the quality and service I received. The girls were very friendly and welcoming and their passion and professionalism was second to none. The salon is gorgeous and the tranquil atmosphere leaves you feeling extremely relaxed which is just what you want when visiting a beauty spa. I thoroughly enjoyed my day of pampering and will most definitely be returning.
