   I had previously been to this practice and had a good experience, which is why I booked again with Dr Hanna for a check-up. I explained that I needed a general check-up as I’d had issues with a wisdom tooth and also mentioned that I was interested in teeth whitening. During the appointment, my wisdom tooth was filed/shaved down, but in the process my gum was cut. I flinched, and the procedure was continued, which caused further bleeding and pain. My mouth was bleeding, and I wasn’t asked if I was okay — I had to ask for a tissue myself while the treatment continued. The wisdom tooth was left sharp and over-filed, and since the appointment it has been extremely sensitive, which has made eating and drinking uncomfortable. After this, the check-up felt incomplete. The rest of my teeth were not properly examined, despite me knowing that another filling had come out and needed attention. I even asked if the rest of my teeth were okay, but this wasn’t addressed properly. Once the wisdom tooth had been filed, the focus seemed to shift to discussing teeth whitening rather than checking my comfort, the bleeding, or addressing my other dental concerns. Overall, the appointment felt rushed and impersonal, and my wellbeing did not feel like the priority. Unfortunately, this was not a good experience .

   Genuinely wouldn’t recommend anyone going here by far the worst dentist I have ever been to, the receptionists are friendly and welcoming and the dentist is clean, that’s the only positive thing I can say! I went for an emergency route canal and it was dr hanna I explained that i have a phobia of the dentist and would like to know what is happening, she just kept shaking her head saying you come with pain and I fix, I asked her to numb the tooth before but she said no,she started drilling without no numbing and the pain was phenomenal and I had to stop her only after that she then numbed it and she has drilled the filling out and put some antibiotic in the tooth but now the tooth is 10x more painful than before I went in and I have called and cancelled the follow up appointment and it was the worst dentist experience I’ve ever had terrible communication from the beginning not sure if it was arrogance or if it was the language barrier with her being polish but either way I’ve paid to go private as no amount of pain will take me back to that dentist

   I came to this dentist as an emergency appointment last week and they immediately took me on as a patient as I would have been waiting months for another local dentist. I sadly do not remember the name of the lady who saw me last week and today (11/12/25) but she was super sweet. Took in my severe anxiety, my neurodivergence and reassured me throughout my appointment that I was alright. She was even kind enough to numb me for my well overdue cleaning as my gums are sensitive. I have never felt so well taken care of during a dentist visit and I will be happy to return in March for my checkup. Hopefully the great calibre of care I was given today will continue going forward.

   I’ve seen some negative reviews about this practice, but I can only speak from my own experience as a patient here for over 15 years. I have always been seen by Dr. Hanna, who is absolutely fantastic. She is extremely knowledgeable, takes the time to explain every detail of treatment and costs, and makes you feel completely at ease. The care and professionalism I’ve consistently received here have been excellent, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice.

   Absolutely disgusted. The dentist and assistant speak very little English. You cant understand them. The dentist rushes and does not do a good job, she was very snappy and not explaining what treatment was required said go and ask the receptionist. We went first time and will be the last. The worse dental practice ever. I had to write this review because we’ve never felt so bad after a dental treatment. PLEASE AVOID!!!

   Lovely helpful receptionist and a dentist that puts you at ease with her friendly reassuring manner. Would be 5 stars but sometimes the wait is frustrating - although I know it's due to the care and consideration for her patients so many appointments run over

   I went for the first time after noticing a hole in my filling. I told the dentist my concerns and had an X Ray. I was really nervous after having bad experiences in the past and reading the bad reviews. But on the contrary I had a pleasant experience. I told Dr Hanna that I am really nervous and she really took that into consideration when treating me. I didn’t feel any major discomfort and she was really considerate and gentle. This has put me massively at ease and I would recommend to go in and make your own mind up and not to base it on negative reviews,

   This place is horrible the dentist didn't know what I was going for even though I have been there for a few years. Last time I went I needed a filling but then she drilled 2 teeth with no numbing as well as the wrong tooth I needed filling the filling came out the next day and she doesn't check your teeth I know someone with severe cavities and the dentist skipped it she put her whole hand in my mouth and was confused why I was a bit concerned my sisters fillings fell out an hour later I don't think she is even qualified with my experience dentists are hard to come by so if it's the last choice go otherwise don't go at all

   You always have to expect to wait around 45mins-1hr after your appointment time to get in. The dentist keeps the door open as you have your dental work done; she’s rude and gruff; sometimes she just seems like she doesn’t know what she’s doing. The quality of the dental work is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Not to mention the tools need replacing as I spotted some rust which I don’t believe is very hygienic. Been there only couple of times and definitely won’t be returning. I know it’s hard to get to a dentist these days but try elsewhere for your own sake.
