had the worst experience at rona nails today very disappointed of everyone there that didn’t have enough staff made me wait for almost 2 hours served those that came after me before i didn’t even get to get my nails done as the workers were very dishonest with the timing and led me on even tho they knew it’s very busy and it might take a lot of time they could’ve asked me to come another day but instead led me on kept saying 10 more mins but actually took half an hour i always get my nails done from here i chose to come here and not go elsewhere as i trusted the nail techs w my nails every time but im very disappointed today!

I had a pedicure here which was great !!! But I also had a full set off biab with tips which only lasted me 4 days , the biab was chipping and the tips snapped off . I didn’t do any hand handling work as the purpose of me having my nails done was for a relaxing weekend away in a log cabin ….4 nails snapped off :( I payed £45 for my nails which I’m really annoyed about .

This company deserves 0 start but I had to put 1 as it doesnt allow me to put 0. I went to get a pedicure done at this nail salon on 22nd may 2024 at 3.30pm but please be careful before going there. The guy that done my pedicure was extremely rude to me. He didn’t do his job properly. He made bruised my skin on the feet and made a cut because he started scrubbing my skin. When I asked him how he did this he said to me it can happen sometimes but no sorry or nothing. When I asked him to compensate me for the trauma he caused me he said he cant do it. I have to pay the full price. I said I wont be paying full price after you hurt me and my feet is burning. But he didnt let me come out he insisted i pay the money. Once i paid he said to me ‘NEVER COME BACK, Get lost go out and started to come in front of me and telling me to get out. This is an assault. I wish I recorded this guy behaving like this with me but I had a small clip of me telling him what his done is not nice and he just walks like nothing happened. Please think before going there. I felt insulted, hurt and even till now my feet is hurting. This is what his done to my feet. This pictures i’ve taken after couple of hours i had plaster on and put aloe jel which calmed my burns down a bit.

I’ve been attending this place for a year and I usually overlook any minor issues I’ve experienced but the customer service has broke the camels back. I’ve experienced my cuticle being cut on multiple occasions to then have product put over it so it burns under the uv light. I’ve had my natural nail filed so much that it hurts after. I’ve had nails that looked different from the rest and finally one of the workers has a horrible attitude which matches his work because my nails looked all over the place.

I had a good experience. I went in for a basic manicure but ended up with a manicure with polish. A great job done. I enjoyed the music. Staff were friendly. The place was clean and tidy. I was given a loyalty card which is good thing because the chances are I will come back again.

Recommended by a friend I came to have a deluxe pedicure. Amazing job carried by the young man-so skillful in what he did as my toes were less to be desired on entering the salon, but certainly worthy to be shown to everyone on the way out. I’ve been back since and still the same consistent job. Well done RoNa Nails. Have recommended to friends.

Very unhappy with the service and with the salon. Firstly, it has been completely ignored when I have explained that my nails are very thin and also the length is fine, now my nails are hurting and they are very short, very unhappy. Secondly the hygiene is none existent which is a great concern. And last, the end result is very upsetting, it looks like a 5 years old did my nails, the sides still covered with nail varnish.... I'm really ashamed if someone looks at my hands right now, so I'm sorry but that was the first and the last time for me in this salon.

I've been here since you first opened and come every two weeks (without fail) to get my nails done. Rona, you guys are really good at what you do. However, the service has slipped. So please take the following on board as constructive feedback as I really want to keep coming back! 1. The online appointment booking system does not work. You don't monitor nor honor it. When clients arrive for their appointment, they're waiting at least 30 mins and you don't apologise for the wait! Or at least let customers know how long it will be. It's either stick to walk ins, and let people decide if they want to wait /come back/leave or get organised. 2. When a customer arrives asking how long the wait will be, acknowledge their question! At least say "let me find out for you." Don't have them standing there wondering if you've heard them or not. 3. As lovely as you all are, you need to remember you are providing a service and need to be professionals. I find Henry (mostly) and others overly friendly and he makes me very uncomfortable. I've also noticed how he interacts with others (especially college kids) and it's very inappropriate to ask the questions that he does. I like the fact that there seems to be an interest in your customers, but boundaries need to be set in place. 4. Your prices vary on who does the nails. I've had my nails done by each one of the nail techs and the price changes everytime. If I'm having an infill, why am I being charged the same price as a fresh set? The only person that has charged me properly is Lilly! 5. The cleanliness was of high standard when you first opened. I'm talking the sterilisation of your equipment, the cleaning of your hands in between clients. But I don't see that anymore and it's concerning. Please note I really love supporting your business and wish for the continued success. So please make the necessary changes to improve your service.
