I love coming here, staff are friendly and helpful.and always polite. Mr Morrell is fantastic at his job and listens to any of my concerns. Gemma /emily have been amazing today ensuring my teeth are cleaned properly. I cant recommend this practice enough.
Joined the dentists last week and yesterday had my first appointment. The dentist I saw was Dr Arpad Simon, he was brilliant. Explains everything puts you at ease. I had also cracked a tooth so after chatting to him on the options decided I would have the tooth removed. Never felt a thing to be honest. I’m writing this review a day after the visit and ye my mouth feels sore but really happy with the visit. I’m booked in for a scale and polish in 3 months and don’t dread a visit to the dentist anymore.
I have been coming here for quite a few years. Frightened of dentists, not at this one. They understand your nerves and do all the work needed at your pace. Having a tooth out. Don,t even know its gone until it lands in the dish. Injections, no problem. hardly feel the needle. Fantastic staff who really get to know you in order to give you the best care possible. Cant speak highly enough of them.
Fab experience this morning.....we've been on waiting lists elsewhere so my 2 young children hadn't yet seen a dentist. The dentist that saw us this morning was so kind and helped to put the children at ease. Explained everything in a really kid friendly way and was so patient with them. Made a nervous/anxious child very happy and excited to come back in 6 months!!!! Lovely staff in general too ☺️

Excellent service, called early needing emergency filling. Was booked in that morning and sorted within half an hour.

I have been going to this dentist since I was a very young child. John is amazing and walks you through every step of the way and takes good care of your teeth!
JP Ward has been my dentist for over twenty years. Mr Ward is chatty and puts you very much at ease. I used to be scared of going to the dentist but now I am quite calm about attending. Everyone at the practise is charming and friendly, including the receptionist. I can only imagine that if you received a less than polite rectption you must have deserved it.
