   Writing on behalf of my wife Elizabeth. New customer for cut and blow dry. Lovely salon really friendly team. Ang cut my hair sadly not sure where you learnt to be a hairdresser but your style of cutting hair is not good. Took and hour and half for cut and blow dry she spent more time drying and straightening it then actually cutting my hair. My hair wasn’t sectioned when cutting it so it’s not the same length all the way round the layers are the same nor did she check to make sure it’s the same length. I appreciate on the website it says junior hairdresser but I also should have been told this at my appointment and not be charged full price. Sadly I won’t be back.

   Gave not what I had asked for there was barely any bleach on and gave unnecessary layers that was short pieces of hair on top of the longer hair going to far back and layers are hard to grow out i recommend being more clear with what you ask for.
