   Really fantastic little place in Brum! I always come here when I'm visiting from London. The staff are really kind, friendly and welcoming and I always feel comfortable here. The prices are really good too and the quality of my nails every time is fabbb!! Love it, thank you! :)

   Unfortunately, my experience at this nail care center was very disappointing. The staff member who assisted me was unprofessional, speaking in her native language with her colleague and laughing throughout the service, which made me feel uncomfortable, especially since customers cannot understand that language. Additionally, the tools used did not appear clean or properly sanitized. The final result was also unsatisfactory, as the nails were uneven and each finger had a different length. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this place.

   I had a really bad experience at this salon. The level of cleanliness is unacceptable — the tools and equipment didn’t appear to be properly sanitized, which made me feel very uncomfortable. The staff also spoke in their own language throughout the appointment, which felt unprofessional and made me uneasy as a new client. Communication overall was poor, and the atmosphere was awkward and unfriendly. I would rather pay a bit more somewhere else for good service and proper hygiene than go through what I experienced here last night. Definitely not returning.

   Had gel polish on Friday 4th Feb, by Sunday 6th Feb they were peeling. First time I've used this place but 15 pounds for two days worth of gel nail polish. I will add that I have given 4 stars for amazing customer service, she removed and re painted in regular nail varnish and couldn't have done anymore than she did. Thank you.
