We have been in the store for approximately 20-30mins waiting to be served. There are three staff serving one customer and not one person had the time to even ask us if we needed help. Never shopping here agin. Unprofessional staff laughing and joking. Terrible.
The staff at this store could not have been more helpful. Went there pre Christmas to browse and then on 27th December and found a great pair of top quality boots reduced from £150 to £105. I've never spent that much on footwear before but am very happy with my purchase. I tried a 9 and a half which wasn't quite right so the manager called another store to see if they had a 10 which could be sent to me direct. Took about 10 mins in total, checked all my details and I have a message to say they'll be delivered today by DHL. Great shop, great products and great staff. I can't believe the previous review about rude staff. If you're patient and polite when shopping you'll get great service. Saw some awful abuse of staff in other stores in Watford on 27th.
I went the other day to get my dad boots for Christmas and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Staff were amazing, helpful and friendly. Thank you so much for amazing customer service!!
Fantastic service really friendly staff which took care of us even on a busy Saturday thank you to the lady which seemed to be in charge today made sure we were being looked after and we enjoyed our visit .

Very bad customer service yesterday. We walked in Timberland (Watford) to buy, and the lady that was working barely even looked at us. I've asked if I could try some boots on and all she said was yeah. So we stood there thinking she'll approach and ask for a size at least.. nothing. After a while I've asked again can I try them boots of the shelf then. She nodded her head. NO engagement with the customer whatsoever. My 11yo asked what's wrong with her. She's selling a £100+ shoes, she could smile at least.
High quality shoes and coats. Expensive but well worth the money. The member of staff who served me know the products well and was very helpful. She was able to explain to me the correct way to clean the boots I have. Will definitely be going back here to buy a coat when I need too. The boots feel comfortable and are high quality.
This is a franchise store so items cannot be returned at other stores in London. It would have been nice for the store assistant to inform me of this, especially since I told her I was not from the area and I was unsure about the style. The staff were completely clueless about the stock and could not answer the most basic of questions, their main aim was to sell me surplus bottles of leather protectant.
