   Visited Accessorize today to get my ears pierced, we were served by Aneesa and would just like to say what a lovely experience we had. From start to finish, she was professional and helpful and gave us all the information we needed for the piercing. The service was impeccable and she went over and beyond to make me feel comfortable and we walked away thinking what excellent customer service. She is an asset to your team and keep up the good work!

   **WORST PIERCING EXPERIENCE EVER** We took our daughter here for a Cartilage Piercing, it’s said after Piercing but it was not Free. By the time we had bought an earring it was £25. After a few hours my daughter started experiencing severe pain and extreme swelling. The flat butterfly part dig into the swelling. We then attended the shop and their piecer had zero experience on what to do. She even admitted she had done 1/2 a day training on how to use guns. After a trip to A&E they took the butterfly out the back of the ear. Swelling went down but she now has a permanent lump from the gun shattering her cartilage. We have since found out that the metal the piercings are made from are cheap steel. When apparently you should have titanium to start with. We should of researched more before choosing a gun piercing. So please don’t make the same mistake we made.

   I brought gold anklets a few weeks ago and they have turnt a different colour. Therefore I can no longer wear them so wasn't worth buying them. I never wore them in the water so unsure why they have even discoloured.

   I went in this morning and was the only customer in the shop. Two ladies were behind the till talking, (one was talking about her dog) and didn’t even look at me as I came in. I walked to the till and awkwardly smiled at the blonde lady who was sat on a stool and then at the brunette lady with glasses. Neither said anything for a moment. The brunette lady took my item, didn’t look at me and said ‘earrings are non-refundable, ok’ I said yes that’s fine. She asked if I needed my item gift wrapped and I said yes, it was wrapped poorly and I noticed she didn’t remove the price beforehand. I had my purse open on the counter with my Treats card on top waiting to be asked if I had one. Instead of being asked the woman reached over and just picked it up off my purse, scanned it and put it down on the side. Once I paid she hurriedly said ‘and theres your receipt, ok thank you’. As I took the receipt and picked up my poorly wrapped purchase the woman just turned back to the blonde woman and said ‘so, as I was saying’ and carried on her conversation while I was still there. I work in retail and find this very poor behaviour.
