   Such a lovely experience here! A really nice relaxing space that made me feel so welcome on my first visit. I love my nails and the customer service was the best, kindly offered refreshments and staff were really friendly :)

   Amazing nails here at Shirley Nail Bar, staff were all great and so kind. Customer service was on point. I was offered a lovely basket full of goodies to choose from while having my nails done. Really listened to what I wanted and made any changes that I wanted to make without any complaints. Sam was amazing as well as the whole team. Definitely recommend this place to anyone!

   Not a good experience at all. Iv never had my nails done before and probably wont again. The male never told me what he was doing. Didnt speak English was rude and just grabbed my hands and put them here there and everywhere. If its your 1st experience you need to know whats going on. I had booked x 2 weeks prior to sons wedding and when i went in to book she told me i could have my 1 and 2 toes done. As such i chose open toed sandals . . The day before i went in. I couldnt see under the table but realised after a short while he was just painting my toe nails. I can do that myself. She told me my toe nails were too short to have nails on, which is fair enough but 2 weeks previously she had said she could put them on. I would have bought different shoes for the wedfing if i had known this.. It was horrible the way they treat you. A horrible place . Go somewhere else. Honestly i could have cried when i left.

   Worst place I've ever done my nails at!! For £20, it is a rip off and a shame at their poor skills in nail technology. The staff were rude and the lady who did my nails never asked me how I wanted them filed or checked with me if I liked how she had done them. After complaining she hadn't done them evening, she grumpily tried to correct them. She painted them horribly! Covering my cuticle with polish and the filing/shape was still wrong and uneven. I'm so unhappy with my nails. I told her they weren't neat so she use her electic file to clear off some of the Polish, making a right mess of my nails. No discount whatsoever and she was just grumpy. I won't be returning for sure. Please think carefully before going here!!!
