   terrible service, very grumpy and moody and dress was of really bad quality and faulty- had several ink stains. I realised once I went home and when I went back, only offered exchange but had to pay the difference for the other dress I picked, which was fine. However I realised he overcharged me because he knew I was desperate for an exchange as original dress was faulty. The second dress that he overcharged me by £50 was being sold for half the price in every other store in Southall! Disappointed in myself for falling for it and for him taking advantage. Avoid completely!!

   Don't bother wasting your time or money. Terrible quality clothes and customer service. Will rip you off; no exchange or refund for their faulty items. Plenty of better business owners in the area.
