   I did hade worse pikini waxing today ,usually Nicole she did it for me but this time other lady she did it and she just breaks the hair and she left alot of hair in and she didn't take her time, unfortunately last time I will came here,like this people not professional for this jobe ,I payed £32 for pain and waste my time and I did go after that to other beauty place and they did finish the disaster after this lady and they took of all the hair in good way and less money ,so please don't do this with other customer it's shame ,and i hope to get my money back.

   Treated myself to a pamper day yesterday with Katharine, who is simply amazing and has been looking after me for 15+ years. I had a relaxing massage and she got rid of all the knots in my shoulders then a soothing new Summum Lift facial. I went out walking on air and today my skin is so wonderfully smooth with wrinkles plumped out. Can't recommend enough this little gem of a Salon with Katharine as the jewel in its crown. Can't wait for the next treatment.
