   I went the Sharrow Vale dental center for complex root canal treatment. I saw Michael Jones who explained thoroughly what the procedure involved. He was extremely professional and I had every faith in him doing the treatment efficiently, it was a great success. All staff were friendly and met my needs.    I cannot recommend Dr. Laura Webster highly enough! After eight years of avoiding the dentist, I arrived for my first appointment extremely anxious. However, Laura instantly put me at ease and made me feel completely comfortable. Her gentle manner, cheerful personality and ability to hold a natural conversation that so effortlessly distracts you from the examination were truly remarkable.    Excellent practice, wonderful dentist and staff. I see Laura and I have always been a nervous patient, Laura is so calm and reassuring, she explains everything and always puts me at ease.    Been attending this dental practice for a year now and would highly recommend to any friends. All the staff are lovely and always great you with a smile. The staff are more than happy to give advice on dental hygiene tips and answers questions to help you keep you mouth and teeth in optimal condition. Have had to have 2 fillings and the team were supportive throughout as these were my first. Very happy with the quality of the work carried out.

   Warm and friendly reception staff and brilliant telephone manner and lovely way to start your experience here. Dentist was extremely friendly, kind and approachable with children. He was very easy to talk to and express any concerns and check anything going forward. My child (6yo) was thrilled with his first experience here, it’s the first appointment in a while and one he will likely remember now so I’m so pleased it was positive for him. Booking an appointment was so simple. Extremely impressed so far! I would definitely recommend them so far, particularly for children!

   Dr Michael Jones was fantastic and explained everything very clearly about my Root Canal (Endodontic) surgery at our initial consultation as well as having provided lots of information beforehand. On the day of treatment, I was well looked after from the moment I walked into reception, I was made to feel so comfortable and relaxed during the 2 hour treatment, that I may have drifted off to sleep at one stage! The treatment was successful and overall it was a very positive and pleasant experience despite the circumstances.

   Brought my 3 children for a check up after struggling to find a dentist accepting NHS patients for 2 years! The dentist we saw was a lovely man who was very welcoming and great with my children! It was my sons first time visiting a dentist and he was great with him. The reception staff were really nice and gave me information on composite bonding when I asked. Would definitely recommend

   The practice welcomes the patient on entry and directs you to the correct waiting area. All patient details are taken via a computer log - in system prior to appointment. The Dentist was friendly, caring and considerate. The assessment was carried out very efficiently and a prognosis given for future treatment. During my visit I felt cared for professionally and with personal dignity. I would recommend this professional, effective and efficiently run dental practice. 5 stars.
