   The store used to be really good, but since they changed their opening hours to 7pm, things have gone downhill. We used to come for the end-of-day discounts, but now they barely offer 10–20% off. What’s even worse is seeing staff members walking around with the discount trolleys several times, clearly trying to stop customers from looking at the products. That’s completely unacceptable and very unprofessional. Honestly, if that’s how you’re going to act, you might as well keep the items for yourselves. From now on, we’ll be shopping at Waitrose — much more professional and respectful towards customers.

   This is the second time in 2 weeks I being stopped on my way out the shop to check if I have something from the shop in my bag in Epsom.this was do embarrassing specially in front of people...I will avoid to use this store again... tolworth is much better and staff very friendly.... Good way to send customers to competitors

   I asked a young man, who was unpacking stock if M@S sell Non-Alcoholic Prosecco, but he was a bit rude and said it would come in a can if they had it and he didn't know. I had to ask another Lady Assistant, who even looked up the stock quantity for me, I couldn't wait for her to go and get one for me as I needed to catch a bus. This young lad needs more Customer Service Training indeed, I was No Impressed with him at all.!!

   I’m sitting in the cafe upstairs and the staff are happy and really friendly. There is a lovely atmosphere the staff are giving off. Defiantly going back. Enza and Conner thank you for making this visit so nice

   I went in here expecting a mediocre experience from obnoxious people, however my expectations were far surpassed by a young employee called Finn Cartwright. He was incredibly helpful and guided me to victory within the food hall. If there could be more employees like him I would shop here everyday of my life. Go Finn!

   Quite busy on mornings 10 to 12 the staff helpful but service isn't particulary speedy. Just about to handle the work. Sadly looks with often tables without been cleaned and dirty floors. Without even mentioned the individual toilett they have next to it.
