   One smile is a great dentist I was kinda nervous about getting braces, but honestly, everyone there is so chill and nice, it made everything way easier. They actually explain what's going on and don't make you understand and I’ve never had a problem with my braces breaking one time and they fit me in the next day which is a major plus. The staff are all super lovely, always smiling and stuff, which is cool. Now that I’ve had my braces on for a very long time I can see a major change in my teeth and , my smile looks amazing! Seriously, if you're thinking about getting braces, defo check them out. 10/10 would recommend!

   Poor at responding to phone calls making getting through feel like a miracle. Emails aren't much better. Nice decent people but not a good place for anxiety!! The atmosphere feels very much like you're on a Karasel with everything feeling like a massive rush. I got the impression that I have to be completely anxiety free in order to receive treatment. Who knows when that will be so I've found somewhere quieter where it is amazing for anybody anywhere on the anxiety scale. During the appointment time you are the only patient in the building and you get free drinks to help calm down any nerves and anxiety.

   Have visited the practice a few times now with my daughter, both Steven and Kirstie the have been so nice, informative and welcoming. They really put my daughter at ease . The nurses and receptionist staff have been lovely. The clinic is a lovely modern place to visit. So far so good. Thank you to the team at one smile!

   Very happy with the treatment plan that has been put in place for my daughter. Very friendly and welcoming. Am so grateful that they’re putting my child’s needs first which is more than what we got from our other dentist. I love how they talk through everything. We have a long road ahead but am sure ✔️ t will be worth it. My daughter is over the moon with how they all have been with her. Thankyou x

   Half hearted reception, with poor customer service. Once you get past this team, it’s positives only. Excellent and polite nurses. Orthodontist Dr Steven Fletcher, was professional and very informative. Clean, airy and minimalist setting.
