Absolutely fantastic the lady who did my emergency appointment. She was very professional, spoke clearly and made the visit a breeze. I would highly recommend this place to anyone whos in need of urgent care like I was. I was also an hour early for my appointment and they saw me straight away. Lovely people, brilliant service!
As not a big fan of Dentistry, I had to visit Broomhill Dental practice today for a emergency extraction, I was really nervous and anxious of what I was about to go through. But the Staff from the reception to the dental assistant and Fiona the dentist really did a great job in calming me down with no pressure to commit to the treatment. Once I steadied my nerves and sat in the chair after 5 minutes it was a flawless pain free process that lasted 10 minutes or less, she was brilliant, gentle and very caring. Booked in as an emergency by 111, very quick responding to appoitment, seen stright away on arrival reception staff friendly and helpful. Dentist staff rrally calm and polite abd friendley and explained everything to me. I felt very relaxed and im scared of dentists. Thank you for seeing me and giving me fast treatment
Filled an online form in upon arriving which took a few minutes. Was seen within 10 mins. The staff were very friendly talking to us, and were very reassuring throughout the appointment. We were talked through every phase. An excellent dentist would highly recommend.
Really lovely staff. Efficient reception, space to sit comfortably, and very quiet despite the high street location. Dentist and her assistant were very good at keeping me calm despite my anxiety and treated me with consideration and a great deal of care. I was given options and my decisions were respected. No judgement was shown, and my feelings were respected throughout
The best dental treatment I have ever received. I am extremely nervous from the reception team to the dentist and dental nurse all were fabulous. I had my tooth extracted and less than 24 hours later I feel like a new person. Thanks for all your care and support you are all amazing
Really friendly staff - I was literally in tears I was that nervous from my last experience at a different practice but the dentist could not of been nicer as well as the staff and I didn’t feel a thing! No longer afraid of the dentist :)

Went to an emergency appointment today for a tooth extraction. All the staff were super friendly and the dentist who attended to me was extremely experienced and professional. Was referred by 111, came here for my daughters emergency appointment, not a regular patient. Receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. The dentists was friendly and sorted my daughter’s problem confidently and fast. Keeping my 3 year old very calm, she loved her experience. Definitely recommend, amazing dental practice!
