   My daughter and I have been loyal customers here for 8 years. During one of our recent visits, one of the female staff members refused to do my nails because, according to her, she “cut me” the last time she did them — which was two years ago. She decided to shout this in front of a room full of other customers, acting aggressive and staring me down, which was humiliating. I called Ken afterward, clearly upset, but instead of apologising or trying to resolve the situation, he simply asked, “What do you want me to do about it?” Well, I want you to sort your staff out! Such a shame you didn't feel like my 8 years of coming to you for my nails was worthwhile treating me with any respect. My guess is the other negative reviews are about the same staff member. She is beyond rude!! After 8 years of loyalty, neither my daughter nor I will be back.

   Been using ken and Hannah's shop for around 10 years always polite. Welcoming and friendly. Love the quality of nails I get always last week's. If there's any problems I simply pop back to the shop and they sort me out.

   been many times best place in redditch no need for an appointment can get busy but never waited longer than 25 minutes. Good quality nails always done very well and very quickly last up to 4 weeks love the whole team so nice such a nice place. Variety of services done.

   Walked in with no appointment and was attended to within half an hour. Everyone is so friendly and couldn't do enough. I had a full set of extension from scratch, cost £25. Worth every penny!!

   I went to Simply Nails to do my new set of acrylic nails, 2 weeks ago. I was disappointed with the service, because lady misunderstood me and done something totally different. I've paid £35. The owner was aware that I'm not happy with the service... Any way- please have a look on my nails after 2 weeks of wearing them. Shocking! Waste of money!
