   I've been a loyal customer since opening but I won't be coming again. I booked an appointment to be told it was over an hour wait! They're letting people walk in and say yes to them instead of saying they're fully booked and those who have booked an appointment are having to wait. Why have a booking system at all if you're just going to say yes to every person who walks in. I understand it's christmas but waiting over an hour for a booked appointment is unacceptable. Either be an appointment only shop or walk in only shop as being both clearly doesn't work. Unfortunately you've lost a customer that came every 3 weeks just to fit people in that probably only come at Christmas time!

   The only reason I return week after week is because Kevin does such an amazing job and has done for 5 years! However, telling customers to come at a certain time to leave them waiting for 30-40 minutes rather than asking them to come the next day because you are full, not only stops customers returning but outs unnecessary pressure on loyal staff. It’s not acceptable. Never does Kevin moan, jumping from one customer to the next always with a smile. Shame it appears to be a conveyor of 4 customers in and 1 out while the rest wait. Thank you Kevin

   Best nail salon I’ve been to! better than Redditch by far!! So so pleased and couldn’t have felt more welcome in their salon! I definitely will go back & 100% recommend, I’ve been to a lot of salons around and this is one was the best.

   Was recommended I get my pedicure done here, my mom attends regularly for her nails so thought I'd give it a go... £50 for deluxe pedicure and it was lovely, HOWEVER. By the time I got home my little toe nail had lifted. A little disappointed given the price I'd just paid... A few days have passed (I went Saturday and it is now Tuesday, I've got an infected toe which is from a small cut when the lady removed my cuticle/dead skin. Unfortunately will not be returning, it is a lot of money to leave with peeling gel and an infected toe. Edit- oh and to add, we booked an appointment for 12:00 and was waiting over half an hour so allow plenty of time if you are going to use the salon

   I have been going here for a while and the service has always been perfect, with my acrylic nails being exactly what I asked for, due to the regular staff being extremely skilled. However, on my recent visit I was very disappointed with my acrylic nails result being too thick and uneven lengths, and charging £40 for such a poor service. I did not have any regular staff doing my nails, I had someone new that did not know how to do acrylic nails, resulting in my disappointment and not returning ever again. Staff must be trained properly before being allowed to have clients, and do acrylics correctly to warrant such a high price. Please do better, saving others from having to file their own nails after an appointment.

   This was my first visit and I had the most amazing manicure and pedicure, with gel on both nails and toenails. The attention to detail is incredible, and the massage on the hands and feet was divine. They have intense massage chairs, not for the faint hearted, but I certainly enjoyed them. Thank you Natural Nails :)

   I booked an appointment to visit on my lunch break and was kept waiting 40 minutes until was seen. When i originally booked my appointment i asked if they could do pedicure and manicure at same time and they said yes. That wasn't possible and with 40 mins lost i didn't have the time to wait. I could have had manicure without the nailpolish but they were not willing to knock off any money for this and wanted me to pay full price still. To top if off on the pedicure they couldn't even replace false toe nail for pedicure as apparently against policy - although had it done twice there before! Horrible experience couldn't wait to get out of there. There's enough other nails places in bromsgrove so would suggest going somewhere else! There's actually no point of them having a booking service.
