I had such a wonderful experience at this salon. On Thursday, I had booked an appointment but unfortunately didn’t make it in time for my stylist. Thankfully, I met Teisha, who showed such compassion and kindness by fitting me in. She not only waived the missed appointment but also gave my hair the most beautiful pampering. Teisha worked so patiently, treating me as if I were the only customer that mattered, and the results were absolutely lovely. I truly felt valued. On my way out, I noticed all the excellence awards the salon had received, and I thought to myself—this place deserves even more recognition. I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to find a way to say thank you. Thank you very much, Teisha, for valuing what matters most to your clients. ✨ If you’re considering booking an appointment here, don’t hesitate—go for it! You’ll be treated with care, professionalism, and genuine warmth

Lace…… what lace? Teisha has been accommodating and communicated openly from booking to end point of service. Install was immaculate and taking my ideas and had professional advice throughout as I have never had this service before. Teisha supported through my nerves and ultimately made me feel and look amazing! I was attending an event and no one looked twice or noticed I have a wig on. Leaving Teisha’s shop, I felt most confident and know I will be going back! Thanks Teisha x.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Do not go to this salon!!! I went to this salon with my daughter and tisha showed me some hair which I picked and was happy to pay for. Next, I sat in the braiding chair for one of the ladies to do my hair to which that lady pulled and tugged my hair despite me repeatedly telling her to be gentle. The appointment started at 10:30AM I was getting chunky twists done and I left the salon at 6PM WHICH IS 8HRS!!! The real drama was when the braider ran out of hair, she failed to communicate this in plenty of time and wanted to take hair out from the back to place it at the front, mind you I was sat there while she was pulling and tugging my hair for hours when I was clearly visibly uncomfortable and she was hurting me. I told her she’s not doing the process again by taking hair from the back and putting it at the front what I wanted was for the salon owner to give me the hair she sold me, but instead she sat there staring and laughing at me with her staff in the salon and when I confronted tisha she told me to communicate with my braider which I already did and she wasn’t doing anything about it. Then she told me to ring my daughter to go and get the hair but my daughter had left hours ago and went back home and they all sat quietly ignoring me with my hair half done and we had no hair. Meanwhile there is a total of 4 braiders with no clients watching TV changing channels and being on their phones and not solving the problem of me not having any hair as well as helping me get my hair braided quicker as they had no clients. Mind you it’s been 6hrs and my hair is partly done (the style was for chunky twists) I WAS FUMING!!! I then decided to solve the problem myself since tisha and her staff sat there doing nothing with no clients and I walked all the way to corner exchange to hair city with my hair looking crazy as it was half done. Now don’t get me started about the lack of customer service as no refreshments were offered, not even water. There was no toilet you have to come out of the shop with a code to use at Costa leaving my belongings with those awful women who were laughing at me and talking about me then helping me. In the end i was there for 8HRS I was charged with £106 with poor service and 0% discount or a simple apology I will never return to this salon I am traumatised I hardly slept because my scalp was on fire due to the pulling of the hair. My advice is take your money elsewhere where you will be treaded with respect and dignity.

I have been attending Teisha's Hair Saloon for a few years now. As a disabled customer my PA, Teisha & staff always ensures my safety by assisting me with transferring from my wheelchair to a saloon chair. I tend to consult Teisha beforehand for her professional advise about my desired hairstyle. I respect her for her honesty even when she tells me about the pros and unwelcomed cons so I can make an informed decisions about my desired hairstyle. No matter what hairstyle I decide Teisha's & her hair designer work untiringly to braid my hair to my satisfaction. What is even more pleasing is no matter where I go I get countless comments from family, friends and people I don't even know, be it male/female. I must admit it makes me feel on top of the world to get so much positive comments and to tell them about my personal experience with Teisha's Saloon. Her staff are professoonal, friendly & polite. What I like the most: my hairstyles lasts 3 months or more without any breakage or damage which is a real bonus.

Pleased with the service. They did a great job on my hair. The silk press lasted really well, looked shiny and felt soft. Would definitely recommend. Fair price and I will go back for more appointments in future. Also its very handy that you can buy all the products you need to maintain your new style after the appointment
