Best experience I’ve had getting a manicure. Lovely warm welcome from Claire, then Latisha (hope I have the name correct) did a fantastic job of making my nails look lovely and neat. I wanted to wait a week to review, it’s actually been 2 weeks and they still look just as good now. The product and application is brilliant. I’ve had gel manicures in the past that have started peeling off after a few days, but that is not the case here. I will definitely get my nails done here again.

Went to get my gel nails removed (they were done elsewhere). The price was reasonable and included clipping and shaping. Jodie did them for me and they were very friendly and efficient.

Just a heads up to not go here for a builder gel manicure. I went here a week and a half ago and the nails started lifting within a week, and had started to chip off by this weekend just past. Gel nails should not lift that quickly - let alone builder. Bit of a red flag that the whole treatment was done within half an hour too. My advice is to go somewhere else!

I’ve had many pedicures and manicures, in Leeds, London and internationally and this, by far was my worst experience. Luckily I was with with a friend so can look back on this visit with some joy. To start, I needed a soak off on a few nails which they made a big deal about and left the soak for about 30 mins until I asked someone to have a look as they clearly forgot about me. My friend was done with her pedicure at this point so we were separated which wasn’t ideal when two people had been booked together for the joint experience. They mistakenly gave her the essentials manicure and me the normal manicure. Factoring in the time wasted during my soak off, my friend finished way before I did, and returned to shopping. Hardly the joint experience we were after. The difference between the essentials manicure and normal manicure is a pea sized amount of what looks like Poundland lotion applied at some point during the manicure. It costs £5.50 extra for this. Avoid. In my experience in other salons a massage during a manicure involves actually massaging the hand, palm and fingers, usually up to the elbow. This didn’t happen. The cuticles were rushed and poorly done on feet and hands. The pedicure foot soak and exfoliating was negligible. Shape wasn’t consistent and just generally rushed. Towards the end, by this point I had been attended to by three different members of staff due to their chaotic and disorganised environment. I was left alone to wait for a coat of polish to dry. (There’s no dryer for normal polish… just sit and wait). No one came back to check on me for a while so I just sat there and applied my own top coat. Real cherry on the cake, when I came to pay the (maybe) manger didn’t believe only one of us had a soak off, even though that is what was booked, so she went off and checked with the staff. Rude. The only thing going for this place is the location; being central in Leeds city centre means it’s must get a lot of foot fall. However the quality when considering the cost, much better to go elsewhere and pay the same for a better experience and outcome. They lasted 10 minutes before the polish wrinkled. Awful. First time going to this nail salon and my experience was below par i had my nails done by one girl who told me that she has a few years experience working as a "nail tech" she also told me that she was 17 years of age if i recall and i think her name was "libby"? dont quote me on that though anyway when she did my nails i did not notice that i had a bit of emotional distress that she had caused me after i got back to my hotel room when i closely inspected my nails they weren't filled in in the corners on several fingers went back the following day to get them re done and they only decided to redo 2 of them when they could of just redid them all and gave me a refund and i would of gone somewhere else but no they said no refund and just decided to give me the redo a free session i paid £50 for these stiletto nails and i got a really bad customer service i wont be returning again.

I walked in the salon on 31st Oct just before 4pm to have my acrylic infills done. 2 girls working there, doing each other's nails were not interested in serving me. On my arrival the one with dark hair walked away and the one with red/brown hair and glasses told me that it's too late today to have my nails done. Shocking experience as you advertise that infills and shellac takes 1h5min and I it was 1h 35min till they were closing. I had my nails done within an hour next door. What a shame for the owner that the employees turn the customers down. Shocking customer service!

Absolutely horrible manicure and gel polish. Asked for nails to be short - filled down to below end of fingers, no shape, bad polish, no base coat, when I mentioned that I didn’t like the colour it was suggested that it would take too long to remove and we were already 1/3 way done. Really unprofessional. I mean….I could go on. I’ve never had such a bad manicure, if you are used to quality, don’t go here.

Always come here for my nails doing and get lots of compliments on them from my friends. Sophie is lovely and she always does a great job and comes up with colours for me when I’ve got no inspiration. Highly recommend!
