I’ve been going to u.s.nailsaldridge for 2 years since they opened they are friendly staff and they go out of their way to fit you in with appointments and when you just pop in. You can also have a free drink while having your nails and pedicure done. I would recommend them to friends and family I’ve took my granddaughter to.

Have never said no to a pattern and work together well to make sure you get the best design you can. They’re fast but also take time to make sure it’s perfect and will always listen if something isn’t quite right. Very polite and always inquiring into you, checking if you need a drink etc.
Been going for nearly 2 years and I wouldn’t want to change.

Awful experience on multiple occasions Staff are rude and rush your nails Your left waiting for ages even thou you’ve booked an appointment.
You are made to feel like an inconvenience if you want to change colour or design. Not a nice experience like it should be. Avoid.

Been a loyal customer for 10 years however this past year since new management has taken over it’s been issue after issue. Find the workers incredibly rude not even saying hi when you walk through the door and everything seems like an inconvenience which is such a shame as Alex and Wendy did a superb job when they ran it. I’m in Spain at the moment and the acrylic has lifted and snapped off my own nail, lifting some of my nail off with it, so I’m now left with no nail on one of my fingers for the next week. When I had a new set on my hands the other day (which I never even asked for), they filed my nails down to the point that the acrylic was burning when I had the new set put on, hence why my acrylic has lifted. Not only that but they seem to let walk ins wait even when people are waiting for appointments - I have been there 3 hours in the past and it’s not acceptable. Has turned into an awful place to get your nails done and I wouldn’t recommend this nail salon to anyone. I bet the owner would be appalled if she knew how it was run and how customers are treated

Had acrylic nails done today with a gel polish. The painting was so messy and it started to peel off an hour after. I’ve had to remove it myself and repaint them. Waste of time and money

Not good customer service at all, shouting at customers whilst other customers are getting their nails done, making others feel very uncomfortable. Service felt rushed, lady doing my nails made me bleed multiple times, going to get your nails done shouldn’t be a unpleasant experience. Will not be returning!

Had a full set of acrylics it took aaaages longer than I’ve ever had before, the lady made 2 nails bleed and are now incredibly sore I had a medium length and the most simple design ever and it cost me £43!! Total rip off I’ve never paid more than 30 so this was abit of a stretch
