   I had such a lovely experience with Shel yesterday during my facial. I went for the chemical peel facial, which she recommended to help target blackheads, and I’m so glad I did. From start to finish, Shel made me feel comfortable and well looked after. She took the time to explain the process, what to expect, and how it would benefit my skin. The treatment itself was relaxing and felt like a real moment of self-care away from my busy day-to-day life. Shel is not only professional and knowledgeable, but also incredibly friendly, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. She also gave me really helpful advice on products and routines I can use at home to support my skin between treatments. I left feeling refreshed, with my skin looking clearer and healthier, and I can’t wait to go back.
