    If there is no star .. I would give zero star.. last time I went in the store to buy jumpers .. the staff told me to get the jumper from hight by my self and behaving so rude .. and today went to collect my order which I order online .. but again worst experience they told me to join the que and then asked for Id I saw my id and asking for another id with same name ..when I asked why they give me my parcel and laugh with eachother. So unprofessional and rude behaviour.

    I bought the shoes for my wife and she want another size and her staff give us both shoes different sizes after that she show us like we are shoplifter and do scam with her and she was very rude lady. May i request everyone please dont go there for shopping. If her manager she this review please check cctv and let her know how to serve customer service.

    Very rude staff completely unhelpful although they won’t ride with me they where rude to another customer they do help when u call them to help they take forever the staff member literally told the customer there is a million other places you can go and shop at really bad

    I recently purchased a pair of boxing gloves and winter boots. While they do have a good range of products, much of it is out of stock. I specifically asked for a pair of shoes in a certain colour, which was showcased in the store. However, the salesman told me that the colour I wanted wasn’t available, and instead offered an older version that was completely different from what I had chosen. When I asked if it was possible to order the specific pair, he said it wasn’t and suggested I visit another branch. My question is, if they don’t have it in stock and can’t order it, why bother showcasing it in the first place? As for customer service, there’s definitely room for improvement. While on the second floor, I spent a long time searching for a sales assistant, and there was no crowd downstairs to justify the lack of staff. They really need to focus on providing better assistance to customers.

    I have never seen such poor customer service in my life!!! The manager is so rude that I can't describe it in words! He takes pleasure in offending people! We are talking about a small, slim, dark-skinned woman. Lots of complaints about the same person and nobody does anything about it. Area Manager must be a close friend of this rude woman. Sport Direct belongs to- FRASERS GROUP! We need to start sending complaints to the owner of the company. FRASERS GROUP CUSTOMS SERVICE. The manager terrorizes the store's customers, spoils the company's name, and the area manager and head office pretend that they don't see anything!!!

    Black lady, Height maybe 4 to 4.5 feet quite short, she has black spot on her face. She is the worst person you will ever meet on your life guyz. Very very rude, aggressive, 0 percent politness. Avoid her at all cost otherwise you guyz will ruin your day. I was there the other day the black lady Said you look very poor you cant afford anything get out of the shop she litrally said to my face. Sport direct head office should look into the matter Asap otherwise you loosing a lot of customers because of her. She should be sacked asap .
