   Terrible, I heard a woman that jobs there being rude for no reason she talked about my family and said that my parents wasn’t taking good care of my siblings she was short like 155 cm and middle long hair brown/balck ish hair and she was a little brown on her skin color and this happend 6:47 pm 20th of December 2025 in harrow, London

   One of the cashiers and the manager Mangala behaved badly with me. It felt like discrimination. They were not returning bedsheet even though it was well within return policy, saying it has been opened so has hygiene issues. In reality, it was just opened to check size. Meanwhile they were happily accepting used and tried on clothes from others, not having any hygiene issues there. The reciept clearly mentioned that we could return the product till 31 Jan for any reason. They made me feel like I am a person who uses stuff and then comes to return it. It's our choice when we want to return the item, if it is within return time frame is unused. It was a size issue for us, which they didn't even listen to. They kept saying even once opened means hygiene issue. What about people trying on clothes and returning them? This was a clear discrimination and left me with a very stressful experience.

   I went in to buy something very specific for my granddaughter for school. I wasn’t able to find it, so I asked a lovely assistant called Avani and she was so helpful and kind. What a great member of your staff. You should definitely get more that smile and give a great service

   The Primark at Harrow is a big store with plenty of space, which is great for browsing. However, they don’t seem to have as many reductions compared to other Primark stores. The staff didn’t feel very helpful, though this might be because the store was quite busy. Overall, it’s decent for shopping but could be better in terms of deals and service.

   Well, it's Primark! This branch looks like it has been updated within the last couple of years, the design and layout of this branch looks like the one in Westfield London. It has everything you want in a typical branch. However, I was disappointed with the size of the Men's and Home sections. But, this is not the only branch where the Men's section is tucked away at the back of the store. I think I got lucky as I didn't have to queue for long to pay for my items on my last visit. The woman who served me did it with a smile and was courteous. Let's face it, you cannot go wrong in a Primark.

   This store gone big in recent months. It's spacious, upgraded and refurbished. There are plenty of options to choose from - women, men, kids and home sections. However, if you compare with it's Watford branch, it's smaller than that.

   As with your typical Primark store. Lots of choice in all areas. Lots of colourful outfits and mannequins fashioning the latest trends. Love the pjs from here. Cheap and cheerful as long as you don’t tumble dry them as they shrink badly. Staff very very slow on the tills, always a massive line to check out. Some argumentative customers don’t help matters. Lots of clothes, shoes, accessories here but it’s always a crowded mess. Clothes and other items are all over the floor. Staff can’t seem to keep it tidy. Puts you off shopping here as it’s a mess.

   This Primark is located in st.Anns shopping centre. It gets very busy in the weekends. It has amazing collection. The items are reasonably priced and you would get to see a lot variety of clothes for male, female and kids. Would highly recommend this shop. Attached are pics for reference.

   A nice new store. The Primark in Harrow hasn’t closed down, it has been relocated in the shopping centre (where BHS used to be). It is very spacious inside, however the queues do get very long.
