   I had an appointment today with the delightful Phoebe to discuss having composite coatings on my teeth. I was a little apprehensive but she was so knowledgeable and didn't mind me asking a zillion questions so that I am fully informed on all aspects of the treatment before I make a final decision. I wasn't pressured at all to make a decision straightaway which reassures me greatly. I'm looking forward to receiving the paperwork Phoebe!

   I have recently finished my Invisalign treatment with John and his team. They listened to my goals, each step of the process was explained to me clearly and throughly, all of my (many!) questions were answered fully and respectfully, and I am thrilled with the results. Highly recommend.

   I have a phobia of dentists, however John and his team always go the extra mile to set me at ease before beginning any treatment by explaining the process and pausing if things become a little uncomfortable. I can’t say I’ve overcome my phobia but it’s manageable now. My mouth health is now as good as ever. Thank you to John and all the team at Sandygate Dental.

   Cannot recommend Christopher Oldfield enough! An excellent dentist who put me totally at ease, and the only one I would trust to do my root canal after a really traumatic previous experience. So personable and friendly and his patient care and attention to detail is second to none.

   I had a periodontal clean and general check up. As a nervous patient I was concerned about the procedure. The team were fantastic, made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. The clean was done with perfection, I cannot believe the difference it has made, even in the first few hours. I was offered a numbing agent that made things so much easier for me. I could have fallen asleep. Thoroughly recommend this practice, great staff, lovely surroundings and very reasonable prices. Cheers everyone!

   I’ve been at this practise for more than 15 years. The service from the team has always been exceptional and I cannot recommend John Alesbrook more highly. He always takes time to connect with me as a person and put me at my ease. Nothing is rushed and he always gives me clear information on what he is going to do as well as time and space. This is a fabulous practise.

   With the potential for this practice to close, I want to offer my support to Sandygate Dental practice - and I'm not reviewing highly for this sole purpose. The staff there are very attentive, informative and provide clients with suitable information regarding their personal dentistry experience. Dr Chris Oldfield and his staff each time I have needed my teeth looking at have always provided a very good service from my point of view, including a step-by-step process to guide through the appointment, recommendations or precautions to take and summarise well. Overall a very useful and helpful experience for me and I will keep using Sandygate as long as it is possible to do so.
