Dentist was amazing with my kids. Explained everything that was happening really clearly and easy for them to understand. One star lost as we were on time, but the appointment started late.
I visited the practice recently for a filling, professional clean and polish. My family and I had visited earlier in the month for a family check up appointment. I just want to take the opportunity to say the service was absolutely fantastic both times. The dentist Saba and the dental nurse are a great team, both extremely knowledgeable and professional. They explained things more clearly than I’ve experienced before and were really thorough in their questions and advice, and lots of good little tips too. You really felt you were in great hands. They also put my kids at ease straight away. I’m so pleased to have found such a great dentist :-)
Tristan diligently and efficiently carried out a 2.5 hour root canal treatment on my fractured molar which was giving me considerable pain. Thank you so much for saving my tooth and pushing through to completion in one visit. I feel a lot better now after 5 days as the infection it caused has almost gone.

The office was clean, modern, and equipped with the latest technology, which gave me confidence in the care I was receiving was exceptional—thorough, gentle, and incredibly skilled. During the check-up, they took the time to explain everything clearly, answering all my questions with patience and expertise. The filling process was quick and virtually painless, thanks to the steady hands and attention to detail of Henna and her dental nurse Laura.They made sure I was comfortable throughout, checking in regularly to ensure I was okay.The entire team was fantastic, from the friendly receptionists Roxanne and Channel to another dental nurse called Scarlett who went above and beyond to make it comfortable for me calming any concerns I had over a chipped tooth just the day before and booked me in the very next day. The appointment ran on time, and the overall experience was seamless and stress-free. I left with a brighter smile and a newfound appreciation for great dental care. I highly recommend the Broadfield Dental and their team to anyone looking for top-notch dental service!
Fantastic staff, Megan is fantastic as she tells you exactly what she is doing, very gentle and understanding, likes to have a laugh, i just had one out today which clearly was been a pain but she won and I've now found my lifetime dentist, the reception staff are understanding,friendly, polite, plus they do let you know in advance if your appointment is changing, they help you massively, always happy to see you..... I'm giving 10000000 stars instead of only 5 stars..... So if you need a dentist then these are the ones to turn to..... forget the rest grab the best dentists Broadfield dental
I've used this dentist for 5 years and have had nothing but excellent treatment. Friendly staff with plenty of time for you, very professional and always has a pleasant atmosphere.
I don't normally leave reviews but I was so satisfied with my experience today at Broadfield Dental. The team did an excellent job at taking my pesky wisdom tooth out, even though it didn't want to be removed the dentists kept on persevering until they had removed it. I just wanted to say thanks to the dentists and nurses involved with my treatment today. I certainly appreciated the level of care I received today. (Also mustn't forget the friendly receptionists who are always nice and friendly)
I called for an emergency appointment and told I was no longer a patient. I was very confused by this as I hadnt received any notification of this. Months previous to this I has an appointment, however I was extremely ill ending up in hospital from this therefore I informed them the morning before my appointment when I knew I was unable to attend that I was too ill to attend. To re-book my appointment the wait was 3 months. I re-booked and when it got to the day prior to my appointment, a member of staff called me and informed me that they needed to cancel my appointment and gave me available times to rebook, as the wait had been so long, my problem was no longer persistent so I informed them not to rebook me in for now. So when I called for the emergency appointment the receptionist informed me I was no longer a patient as I didn't attend my appointment, I informed her of the above and she was extremely rude. I explained my frustration and she said the manager would call me back. I never received a call from anyone... I was appalled and extremely disappointed by this lack of professionalism by this practice and would not recommend. Another negative, when I did attend the dentist I joined as a new patient, from other patients of this practice I know they received a full X-Ray of their whole mouth. However the dentist asked me to contact my old dentist and get my x rays rather than him taking new ones, even though my ones from my previous dentist were very old. As said I would not recommend, very unprofessional.
I had my first appointment here yesterday, and honestly my dentist was amazing. Not only did she do a good job, but she explained everything she was doing in detail, everything I'd need doing in future, and how much everything would cost. Best dentist I've ever seen by a mile, can't recommend them enough.
