love the brand and shop at any international super dry outlets i find when traveling, However the 3 times i came to this branch in Westfield Mall,, The Rudeness and Carelessness of 2 males cashiers is unfortunate they should definitely not be representing ur brand
I'd highly recommend that u give ur stuff some intense customer service trainings.... Been there on Saturday with my family, and oh GOD, not only a POOR customer service, a very weird attitude!!! Luckily I always shop from different branches and online... First time to this branch... Hope u'll work on improving ur stuff....
I had a good experience in this superdry. My fiance and I got amazing looking backpacks and I'm really happy with them. Good choices of backpacks and other clothing items. Good range in sizes and colours. Never dull when I visit here. Staff are really patient and nice.

Fantastic range of jackets and coats for the winter with 20% off on all them for a limited time of 4 days from today. The quality of the clothing are high and will stay in fashion for many years. The price you pay is well worth every penny compared to cheap products that will only for a few days. One of the most decent brands out there. You won't disappointed.

One of the best Superdry store in London situated on the Level 0 of Westfield. Always well stocked for the season and great collection of clothes. Superdry is known for the great quality clothing which lasts longer and worth the price we pay. The Colours are vibrant and attractive. The re-designed logo is impressive. Very helpful and friendly staff.
Leaving a review, just to say the manager at the White City store with glasses is fantastic. If you need extra help ask for him as he will do his very best to help you. Don't want to get anyone else in trouble but another staff member asking me (the customer) to phone another store to see if they have something in stock of a particular item isn't the proper response to a query.
