Got sold a shirt with the security tag still attached. Can't remove it. Returned to Sydney. Customer service is utterly atrocious - no stores here can take the tag off. Contacted Reiss via WhatsApp for more than two weeks now. Stuck with a $160 shirt I can't wear. Utterly infuriating experience.

A jumper I purchased from Reiss developed a hole after 18 months of ownership. I probably wore the jumper 10 times and washed it 4 or 5. After speaking with a customer service agent via the live chat, I was instructed to take the jumper to the store where I could be offered a resolution I'd be happy with. At the store I was served by Ifti and Hayley, the latter of whom was dismissive, discourteous and unhelpful. She said it was at the discretion of the store to offer me a resolution, but she offered no resolution. Reiss presents the image of being a higher quality brand, but both its clothing and its customer service are not concordant with that image. If you go and check Trustpilot reviews, you'll see that unpleasant experiences are par for the course when shopping with Reiss. I was starting to become a loyal customer of Reiss, but now I will never shop there again.

I am a massive Reiss fan and I have worn their beautiful clothing for years with no issues . I got a dress last week and once I got home I saw a small tear at the base of the zip . I brought the dress back with my valid receipt and the dress with the tag still intact . Clearly unworn. I was made wait for 15 mins while the manger Sarah went to the back . She returned and told me she saw me on CCTV trying on the garment and I had caused this tear . I was so upset she humiliated me in front of the whole shop . I was shaking and starting to cry at such accusations she told me it’s company policy that she can’t do a return even though clearly this was not my fault . I have never been treated this poorly in a shop in my whole life . I returned to the Kensington shop today and I was treated so well by Oliver and Klaudyna who were amazing and so kind . The whole experience has left me shook , avoid Sarah in the Westfield branch . It was a truly traumatic experience and attack on me as a person . I was treated as if I had stolen this product I paid for .Horrified .

Lovely service. The staff were really busy with a line full of people returning orders, but they worked quickly and were really accommodating. They were even kind and considerate to a young woman embarrassing herself by shouting 'I'm a lawyer and my time is important'. I would definitely recommend this store... Unless you're a lawyer, or your time is too important. If that's the case just have your butler do your shopping for you.

I absolutely love Reiss. Their design and quality is superrrr! But today I went to collect an online order and the lady who served me at the store was arrogant and unhelpful. She brought my order from storage and just left it the changing room. It was not easy to open it (it was a coat and had 2 layers of packaging that needed to be ripped) and she didn’t offer to help. When I couldn’t find the receipt she just said it should be in there and didn’t bother to get the packaging or help look for it. Reiss is a brand that shouts service and excellence and this customer service rep wasn’t that.
