Security guard told me I cant bring my coffee inside, clothes arent worth much. Not sure why the Luxury brands in the village dont have this overzealous approach to coffee. Walked out wont be returning to this store which is a shame as they used to be alright.
Staff are nice but seemed overwhelmed and unhappy. Me and other customers were asking if certain items were available, they said in the back stock, asked the stock team, who did not respond for over 10 minutes. Shop floor staff member said she'd go check for me, but had to take the tills because no staff. Ended up leaving and didn't buy anything, even though I wanted to
WHITE CITY - WESTFIELD store has the worst customer service and the staff seem to be untrained and have no idea what they are doing. Avoid using their self service machine. I put my item in the place stated, came up with a price and then tapped card to pay. Payment went through and but no receipt was provided. Went to the counter and the girl who served us, was rude and unapologetic. Kept asking me what email address or phone number I entered before paying, I told her the machine didn’t ask for these details. She kept saying it’s not possible, so I logged into my banking app to show the payment from my account. The Manager tried to get to the bottom of it eventually once the first assistant failed to provide any insight. Conclusion was that the payment was pending and may or may not go through so came out of store without any items, no receipt even to confirm failed payment and will now be my headache to chase up the bank if not refunded when it was Pull and Bear’s dodgy tills at fault. DO NOT SHOP in this branch. Incompetent and rude staff. An update to this, the money has left my bank account and I have no item or receipt to show for it. Appalling service and is actually theft.
Honestly, do really like the clothes here. Only issue is that the changing rooms are not useable… EVERY single one does NOT close all the way. Curtains always have a huge opening and I can see everyone and everyone can see me… all of this are like this… it has been like this for years now and see others reviews mentioning this too. It’s incredibly concerning that this issue hasn’t been fixed considering there are also men using the changing rooms, and cannot use them as a girl… I want to try my clothes on before buying and have not been able to buy many clothes due to fitting rooms having no privacy. Can managers please take into consideration customers’ safety and privacy and do something about this… it’s not a minor issue, but pretty big. Newer curtains or doors, whatever is better.
My daughter and I visited the shop yesterday, she bought trousers and jumpers. Compared to other brands, the style is young and clean. Prices look good.

I came two weeks ago, there was a fat white woman wearing her own clothes, therefore could be a manager, she was changing the mannequin, i asked her to help me find a size and she replied with "Can you not see me doing something" and then i looked for someone else on the shop floor, but there was no one there. I then went to the till to refund something I bought earlier and the guy at the till called the woman, she sighed and then refunded my item. As i was buying the new item, my card was not working and she burst out laughing. i left the item and was so embarrassed because i could hear her saying "if you don't have money why are you here?" behind my back after i left. the guy at the till laughed as well. I'm so embarrassed as I do have money but due to my card not working, it declined. WILL NEVER GO BACK TOT HIS STORE AGAIN. SHE MUST BE FIRED!!! She had brown hair, botched lips and a shirt on with yeezys.
Purchased several items for my daughter. A good experience turned sour at the tills with two very rude sales staff. Not looking forward to shopping there again.
