   What a shame I didnt read reviews first. Overpriced items that they dont accept back once delivered, despite them printing a returns policy which says 14 days from delivery. They're liars. I've lost £150 and have 2 dresses that look ridiculous. Really short sighted returns policy for customer retention. But keep spending on new customer acquisition, I guess. They'll be out of business in a year.

   Bought a blouse and a dress. Did not fit and wanted to return them. As others have stated, no refund, no response to the many requests and left out of pocket. AVOID LibbyLoves such poor service. Spend your money elsewhere.

   I ordered two dresses from Libby Loves and have requested a return as the sizing is very small and they do not fit. I have not had any response and out the cost of two dresses that are absolutely no good to me. Unacceptable for an online service.

   I returned an order using tracked mail (at my expense!) so I know it was received, but have not had a refund. Have emailed several times but no reply, called the number on the website but no reply. Shocking service. The dress was also poor quality and sizing incorrect. Avoid this company!

   Returned a dress only to be told weeks lter (after emailing, calling ect) that they hadnt received it and would have a look for it. Still no response. Total waste of money and awful customer service. Would not buy again.
