Absolutely love getting my nails done here. Great atmosphere, professional service, and beautiful nails every time. I went in today for last minute Xmas nails. And the man who did them ( I can’t remember his name :( ) was very passionate and detailed with the whole process. Overall, it is my go to nail salon I’m very happy with the outcomes each time I visit.

Chloe was the lady who did my nails in my feet and hands. I felt so welcome and comfy able. I normally tar soo long to chose a colour but I told her what I liked and she helped me choose. I recommend creative nails as u don't ever go knowere els and I would defo tell people to come here. I'm all set for Christmas and new year now thanks to her bless her she's lovely. You can tell by the way this shop answers their reviews, they are very combative and take no accountability.
If you want a rushed job and ruin your natural nails then it’s the place for you. I kept giving this place a chance but now they’ve messed me about. I tell them to take off previous gel and preserve my natural nails, instead they drill right through my nails leaving a hole in it, means I had to cut my nails short and start again. Did it to 3 of my nails and then the response I got was “we’re not nail techs we’re not going to take our time” if I have come in for a service they should be able to do that, or deny me. Instead they were eager to get me in and ruin the weeks of natural nail growth I had, blaming it on my “weak” nails. I wouldn’t have had weak nails if the guy didn’t keep drilling over my nails. Went to another nail place and they were shocked that they didn’t use acetone to soften my previous gel and take it off properly. I told the guy to stop drilling hard but he wouldn’t stop and even burnt himself in the process. Also they do not wash their hands before going onto each customer. I had to tell him to change his glove.

The lady at the reception the main manager, she is the one who said we’re not nail techs after I told her I’ve never had my nails ruined like this before, she told me “well why did you come here, we’re not going to take our time we’re not nail techs” - maybe ask her and she will remember

There’s not many nail shops in West Bromwich, but me and my friend came across this place and it is the best nail salon by far.
Customer service is excellent and they have complementary drinks.
They take their time and do the nails to perfection.
Such a nice atmosphere and the people here are just too cute
