Have been a customer at the Nail room since 2017 and couldn’t imagine letting anyone else do my nails! Lucy always bends over backwards to fit me in even for last minute repairs etc and I’m always welcomed by a vanilla latte ☕️ would recommend to anyone! X

Ive been coming to the Nail Room for over a year now. Absolutely outstanding work and all staff are very friendly. Even my 2 young daughters love to have there nails done. (Ive attached her Christmas nails which were hand drawn!) Overall - I wouldn't go anywhere else x
Initially quite positive but then you feel like your on a conveyor belt in n out, if you have an issue it’s not corrected due to time, I mean I’ve never heard of telling someone a product is not working and they use it again n again - went to erdington to get my nails done I will not be going back to the nail room again. Customer service is poor, n the manager thinks she’s something special, they need to realise it’s customers who make the business and should treat them better - we pay you ur doing us no extra service your supposed to do a good job for paid work. Rush rush rush money over customers

I've been going to this salon for half a year now and I can confirm that it is definitely one of the best. The staff are incredibly friendly, they make you feel happy and relaxed. The nails are absolutely amazing themselves. I will continue to go to this salon, and I would definitely recommend to anyone who's looking for a new salon.
I came earlier then my appointment and they seen me quicker then I expected which was good I paid £40 for my nails. The staff was really friendly also the nails look even better the next day as I think the nude colour has settled in
Friendly staff , appointments have all been started on time , offered a drink guaranteed with even a choice from a drinks menu . Don't know what u want? Leave it to your nail tech and she'll sort u a pretty combo of patterns and designs for your nails.
