A visit to the Hygienist at Dale Road has transformed my teeth. They haven’t felt this good for years. All staining removed, spaces in between rediscovered and I’m sure they are a bit whiter! I also received excellent advice about keeping them this way.
Excellent. Dr Rai is great. We actually enjoy visiting the dentist. He is very professional, very thorough but also has a great sense of humour. Our hygienist Rebecca is also excellent. Pleasant personable and very reassuring.
Writing this review for my mum. We recieved fabulous service today. My mum needed hygienist after her visit to dentist. Was a cancellation got seen same day within thirty mins. Well done.
Excellent. Dr Rai is brilliant, as always. Explains in full any issues and options so you can make an informed choice. Reception lady was lovely too.
Was seen promptly asked questions about lifestyle,which I don’t do anything excessive and exercise regularly but was seemed to be deemed not good enough.Cleaning to be improved and some work needed doing,but when pushed on a follow up told to make appointment for 6 months time if I wanted to.
Dr.Rai did a thorough examination and gave me good advice.
Generally very good service, however this last checkup charged me for a filling which was subsequently decided did not require filling.Awaiting offer to refund me for difference .

Dr Rai was courteous, confident and considerate. His ethic is not to offer any treatment unless it is necessary. It goes without saying that he is skilful and gentle when working in your mouth. He explains clearly what he's doing, and why. His conversational approach keeps you distracted and entertained while in the chair. Possibly my favourite dentist ever.
Been coming to this dentists for years. The best dentist Ive seen is definitely the one I see there now. Everyone really friendly and helpful.
