   Always a friendly welcome & discussion during having my nails done, (even though, some staff have limited English, they are always approachable & do your nails as YOU instruct/want them to look). I always leave loving my nails. I've been coming here for many years & have built-up good relationships with the 3 staff members. I cannot praise this nail salon enough & I know, personally, how good they are to each & every customer/client.

   Prices are good and two of the are staff friendly . However one of the technicians isn't as good as the other two . The older man always manages to cause pain and bleeding when doing my nails, and he dosent have the same attention to detail as the others. His attitude is poor, he is rude, he rushes everything and he is too rough. Communication is difficult as his English isn't that great so he either ignores what I've asked him to do, or gets annoyed. Because of his poor attitude and lack of customer service skills, I won't be returning. There are plenty of nail shops to choose from. I'll go where I get a better overall service and experience. Also the shop could do with a revamp , looks dated.

   The nails turned out lovely the lady was soo sweet and she made them look exactly like the picture. however they used MMA monomer which really damaged my nails and was really hard to remove. Not happy it’s really bad for your nails.

   I didn't have a good experience at a previous nail salon so I was apprehensive about going to this one but the service was great. I've been there twice already, on both occasions, they take care of my nails, very thorough service with attention to detail. Prices are very reasonable, especially as I do my hands and feet. This is my new regular.
